Like the title says Guys and it means I'm unfortunately in the market for a new clutch, put my foot down in 5th today and it slipped.  

Dont know anyone with my mods like mine so I'm hoping y'all can help me with ballpark guesses on power/torque, so here's the goods,

 

2002 3500 CTD HO engine 

fass 95 lift pump

BHAF

DAP rv275 injectors

Newer quadzilla xzt tuner, 75hp always

4" exhaust

hx35w w/ wicked wheel 

DPS 3 piece exhaust manifold

  • I highly recommend the Southbend O-HD. It's rated for 425 hp and is VERY smooth and quiet.    It's my next clutch and I run about 400 rwhp. For me 400 rwhp is enough to run 60 up a 6% grade

sounds like decent numbers for a mostly farm used to me!

I would have to agree, get clutch to support future mods. I would probably put in at least a 450hp clutch in. 

I highly recommend the Southbend O-HD. It's rated for 425 hp and is VERY smooth and quiet. 

 

It's my next clutch and I run about 400 rwhp. For me 400 rwhp is enough to run 60 up a 6% grade at a hair over 23K GCW. I think that's fast enough :-)

I couldn't agree more, the most this truck will ever see power wise though is MAYBE 400hp just to keep it simple as possible but make decent power for towing

That sounds like a good choice for me then! I'll look into that model
