Dual Egt Probes

So I recently acquired a Quad with V2. However I just finished installing an EGT probe for my Isspro gauge prior to getting the quad. I'd like to run pillar gauges since I have had them on the shelf. But also want the gauge to work with the quad. Can I install another probe either above the current one? Or install the second probe in the front half of the manifold?

    @Dieselfuture very minimal 50-150 degrees it varies.  The front 3 read on my isspro and the rear 3 on my Quad.

    The aft 3 are supposed to run hotter, which is why they are the preferred ones to monitor.    I put my 2nd probe post-turbo and am glad I did. The info it gives me is much better than having

    When I tapped mine I had the turbo off and just stuck a rag in the manifold, drilled and tapped the hole then pulled the rag out. Cant believe anything small that may have been left behind would not j

I don’t think so. My Jacobs exhaust brake came drilled/tapped for a probe so I used that hole.

    My Banks came that way on the elbow. Just never thought of putting one there. Live and learn.
