    I've always had decent luck buying them in bags off eBay, I think I paid $5 for a bag of 75 a few months ago.

I had to hunt down the right size to get them to start in. Others the hole was stretched so I put in the next size up, but had to drill some. I had to keep trying to find some that worked. I found that Napa had packages with more inside and about the same price as other places only having a few inside and had more selection.

I got some for wives crv. WESCO Autobody supply looked up OEM number then ordered me couple bags, about 6 to each bag.  They called them plastic push rivets.  Many different sizes and types in there book.   But with dodge ram maybe hard part to get?

Should not be hard to get. Most likely not just used by dodge.

Well what is the part number of the front inner wheel well fasteners?
