Just purchased a 2002 cummins  with a quad Zila adrenaline I’m not sure what’s going on but I can adjust it to any level and no change

What Quad do you have?   does it have a cell phone / tablet screen or a black box mounted on the dash?

I have a similar problem, Im pretty sure my wire tap is not working any thing past lvl2 has no change, Mine does still have the display (pv1 i assume)

check the wiretap, 12v key on engine off

Did that it does have 12v

I did read somewhere if a quad is unhooked for a long time they can get a little glitchy, when I first got it the backlight and half the features didn’t work and would freeze the unit up, using info from this site I updated/flashed the display it self and everything works now, just wondering if the main box may need the same....

Not true. I left mine unhooked an entire year while my VP44 warranty was in effect. No issues after hooking up. The only thing is possibly a bad connection.

Wonder if something else had happen to it then.... maybe a bad jumpstart or alt surge?

I can mat it and start leveling it up and it’s very suttle if any change at all, may just order a stealth plate, ensure a good connection and get the rigged up look outa there

Have you tried reloading your tune? Making sure all the settings are in place for wiretap to be active?

I’ll try to do a reset and see tomorrow 

Ok done a restore and I guess the wire tap is in fact working, but why will it not hold the level I set it on, like I mostly drive on lvl 2 but when I cut the truck off and back on (drive thru’s) it reverts back to lvl 0

you power is not connected for key on.  Check your power.

Red / white that comes in the cab.
