Been meaning to get to this mod for a while. My radiator is getting covered in oil and dust sticking to it so it was time. I followed @Mopar1973Man's write up on this for the most part. I did reuse the hose from the oem vent. I cut off the "J" part of it and used the piece that kind of jogs over a bit. It's a tight fit getting the pvc in it but it works.

 To paint the pvc I used rustoleum satin black implement/industrial paint. Dries to the touch in about 15 minutes and seems to cover and stick to the pvc pretty well.

Looks good. The design I see you tweaked it a bit for the front two elbows I like the way it turned out.

 I'll be doing a coolant flush before fall and pull the radiator to clean all the gunk off from the puke bottle. 

If your pulling the radiator out take the extra step and pull the intercooler too and clean it out. The face on the bottom half might be mud caked, then if the air filter is poor you can wash out all the dust or any oil that might of come from washable filters or the turbo.

 Great advise, thanks. While I have all the plumbing disconnected from the turbo is there a way to clean the dark residue from the turbo vanes? I noticed it last time I had the tube off from the air filter. I was thinking maybe brake cleaner, or something that leaves no film? Since it's all disconnected it won't go into the pipes or intercooler.

 Just a thought, it probably isn't hurting anything but why not clean it if you can?

Maybe mass air flow sensor cleaner? 

Don’t use oven cleaner if you have an aluminum radiator. I believe it eats aluminum.

 The radiator will get degreaser and or dawn dish soap to get the oil off.

 I was referring to the vanes of the turbo.

Last I time I did the clean up of a turbo I used brake cleaner. Then left it stand in the sun for about an hour to dry up.
