Will the apps off a auto work on a standard? And are the injectors out of a auto the same as in a standard? Both are 01 SO motors.

Injectors should be the same, apps probably is too but not sure.

Apps are the same no matter what, Injectors for SO engines are the same and are in rigs with autos and 5 speeds, Injectors in HO engines are different and are in 6 speed rigs only.

They require a lot higher pop pressure which the HO pump produces versus the SO pump. The SO pump is lower pressure but can pump a higher volume of fuel. The HO pump produces higher pressure and has less volume and also has more timing advance than an SO pump.

Yeap... The APPS sensor is the same on all 98.5 to 04 (Correct me Wild & Free if I'm wrong)..

Thats correct. On the 03-04 they are mounted in a different spot IIRC under/behind driver side battery on top of the fender.
