Drilled a hole in my evaporator core while troubleshooting my heater problem. Looks like the dash is coming out the week after christmas

did you set a distance record for how far a drill can fly or did you maintain your composure?

If it was me I would probably be having to buy a new drill :lmao:-Jordan-

Nope its a relatively new Dewalt 18V XRP, the heater core and evap core cost less than the drill

It's the new new drill. That thing can start the engines on a 747 and still get thru a safe after loosing the combination.:lol:

Evap Core? CheckHeater Core? Check!Plastex repair adhesive? Check!PAtience? Not so sure about that

Got it back in with a minimum of fuss, will finish connections tommorow

Well it looks like you got a bit of fix to your broken dash and also clean up quite the mess in the HVAC box. Sad you had to do all this because you got wild with a drill... :duh:

One of the mounts was broken on the Heater box. I cut a patch from a junkyard box and used PLASTEX resin system to make the repair
