Has anyone ever rebuilt a hydrobooster?

Thanks for the quick reply.  I must not be as web smart as you.  I still can not find it and don't dare to attempt a rebuild without seeing it.   I've currently got a pretty good drip where the hydroboost and master cyl come together

Definitely rebuild. I bought a reman unit...waste of money. You have to take parts off your old hydroboost anyways and transfer them to the "new" unit, like the mounting bracket and spring.

Do you happen to know the Part Number for the seal that goes between the reservoir and the pump. I have attached a picture for your reference. I ordered a kit that brought the seal inside the pump and the figure 8 but it was missing this one that goes in the groove the reservoir has.

 

Parts manual shows it as:  Seal, master cylinder to booster   Dodge 04723395  (item 6)
