Newbie, which lift pump??
I went with the raptor 100 for a few reasons.1. I do not plan on doing comp or any major performance mods2. I really do not buy into the whole air separation bit, and have not found any consistent third part data to verify these claims. 3. the raptor has an adjustable regulator, which can be calibrated and recalibrated if need be.4. even if i chose to do any performance mods the pup will keep up with the till i hit the 500hp mark even though it is very unlikely I would attempt that.

mechanical fuel pump
its an interesting concept but there are so many variables about the pump I do not like, and the big one for me is the warranty, last i checked on em it was only a 1 year i think.

Air Bags
the ford ambulance my buddy had they were teed together along the rear crossmember. honestly i think redistributing the weight is a safer solution. cause I just foresee a big chance for rolling that sucker on a corner.

Replacement doors/ bottom panels
excessively slammed doors and hanging weight will greatly affect this situation, my wife likes to grab the door to pull herself into the truck and it causes more wear on the hinges then what they were designed for, so the door sags and rubs onto the jams.

Unusual Charging problems
I know your no where near the mileage I have but considering the load you put on your electrical syste with all those lights I would definitely inspect the brushes on your alternator. the bosch/chrysler alts do not have rebuild parts available for them so if you got one and its looking ragged plan on buying a new one. the denso alts have rebuild kits available
