  1. Sorry to hear and read you're going through this ordeal Mike. I see some talk about oils here and just thought i'd post this for anyone interested in reading it. I'm not a CBD oil user or user of any kind actually, but was recently made aware of this guy who happens to be from the same province as I am.   4. Flipped the belt around and seemed to quiet it down. I do notice though my new AC compressor makes some sqqeaking noise when it cuts in. May have to return that

  8. Been dealing with the same issue for about a year and a half.. Had just the every day Gates belts on and they would be good for a bit then the swooshing noise nice starts. Since the start of this i've put I think 3 cheaper belts on and then went to the Carquest commercial Gates belt as mentioned about. Problem was fixed for three or four months and then after getting my truck out from storage this winter it started again. I too the belt off and cleaned all the pulleys and wire brushed them, bought another new belt figuring the other one just got hard or something from sitting all winter, and the new one took my noise away completely...for maybe a week. Now its back! Soon ready to sell the dam truck if I can't get it stopped as noises like that drives me nuts

  10. Did a clutch swap in my NV5600 and lost some of the fluid. I just changed the fluid last spring so would just like to add to it to get the proper amount rather than draining it out and putting new in. (Fluid still looks clear) No idea how much I lost so don't know how much to put back in. Top it off until it comes up over the gears be a stopping point or is that too much? I should add I know theres the plug on the side to check, but I cant remember how far up past the plug it went last time I put the extra bottle in..thats why I ask the question thanks

  13. I knew there wasn't something right about this pump from the first time I drove it. Discovered today they sold me the wrong pump (16X) . The correct one will be here by Friday
  14. So I have my new pump on for about a week now. Some issues i'm having are right from the first time i started it and took it for a drive I found immediatley on the stock setting on my EJWA its laggy, as in don't want to get out of its own way laggy. If I use the mileage, tow or drive Mod on the programmer it's pretty good....starts fine. A week later, I was out with it last night and parked the truck, about a half an hour later I went to start it and it rolled alot before it would start (3-5 seconds), no white smoke once it got going. Tried start/stop a bunch of times and acted the same way. Parked it overnight and my wife went out to take it this morning (cold engine) and it fired right up. Drove to where she was going , shut it off and came back out about 4 hours later and started fine again. Got home with it and unloaded her horse , i went to start it to go unhook the trailer, rolled 4-5 seconds, shut if off and tried again, same thing. I went all over what I touched when replacing the pump and even looked over items I didnt touch, cannot find any leaks, can't see where i'd be getting air and to that point i'd like to add i can shut the truck off and try to start it a second later and it will roll 4-5 seconds, so as for air in the system, I can't understand it sucking that much that quick without showing me where its getting in. Also to add a twist, there have been times today when i'm working at it, i'll start it and it starts right away for 3 or 4 times, then it will act up again on the next try .New fuel filter, even took it out today and put a new o-ring gasket on the housing, took the intake horn off and put a new gasket thinking maybe that may be bad causing something. I'm kind of stumped and wondering if I got a dud pump especially where it's been lagging of power from the start. Bought it from a certified Bosh dealer locally Holding 16-18 psi for fuel, electric pump working upon startup until Fuel Boss kicks in, makes no differnce if I have programmer plugged in or not, Seems to happen more on warm/hot engine although just started happening last night so I haven't got alot of time trying it under different conditions. I'm puzzled ! Soon ready to put a match to it

  16. pressure isn't an issue driving along or at idle. I only mentioned how I now hold 12-13 psi at idle because I now know somehting has happended to the injection pump vrs before. I was just wondering if its normal to experience dead pedal and still hold good fuel pressure when driving along. As Michael said, the 216 code is telling me the pump is most likely bad. I always run 2 stroke in it also. Ive been calling around all day about a pump, including the place someone mentioned above, sad part is shipping and duties make is not worth buying from away.

  18. Been noticing a change in the sound of my truck the last month or so but still working the same, no smoke, no hard starts etc. Tonight I got dead pedal about 5-6 times when towing my trailer. Did the odmometer read and its showing the 216 code which I know what it means. My question is this..each time I got dead pedal I looked and I'm still holding 17-19 psi with no drop. Only drop I see in pressure is now at an idle im at 12-13 instead of the usual 16psi. Is dead pedal normal when holding good psi? Calling around about pumps tomorrow unfortunatley

  21. Yes it quite possibly couldve been some promo thing and he got his hands on it somehow..I don't know. I have never jumped up and checked the glass myself but I do remember a conversation him and I had and he told me he got pulled over and the cop jumped upon the side of the truck and told him to put his window back up. When he did he went for the tint line and was shocked when there wasn't any there as he thought he was going to get him for illegal tint. Not sure how or where, but he managed to get something apparantley others don't ? I will have to ask him again the next time I see him as i'm curious now
  22. Yes. I had something like a 50-60 % on the fronts but was wondering if there were any dark factory tints out there. I know of a guy that has tractor trailer that actuallly has a very dark factory tint, first time ive ever seen it on something like that
  23. Is there anyone that has any knowledge of a factory darkened tinted window Mopar may have put out for the rams? (2nd Gen) Seems some automakers have the odd vehicle they did them for and I was wondering if they ever did one for these trucks?

  25. I just installed a Yada brand on my Subaru. Only thing Is i'm not sure it waill adjust downward enough for you to see the hitch as it only has three adjustments. Quality of the camera's picture is "ok" but not factory quailty by any means.
