when you install the 2 " levelling kit are you better to go with longer shocks,do you need to go with special rims so your tires don't rub against the frame?

UCAs what do you mean by that,I'm at the point my springs are out I need 1" to make 'em fit,some one mention you have to compress the springs?

I'm not getting any indication on the instrument cluster that the 4 wheel drive is engaged but everything works fine,where is the indicator switch

is that all you have to do to fit 35's? --- Update to the previous post... I was told you need longer shocks? --- Update to the previous post... the shop in my area wants to sell me some mito toyo 315 75 16 at $159. each and polished aluminium rims at $ 175. each,are aluminium rims OK for the cummins pick up?This is canadian $ I think the pricing is OK,do ypu's guys recommend a different tire?

mine is the same it has the extra leaf ,the guy had a fifthwheel,so I don't have to do change anything in the rear,so what do I have to get for a levelling kit,Iwant to fit 35's

what do you get in a levelling kit?How's the installation? So a 2" levelling would do the job for 35" tires

some guy's told me levelling kits aren't the best,they recommend the lift kit

didn't have to call,my buddy at the shop had 2 banjo fittings in his junk box and they happened to be the right fit.....thank GOD!! next step hook it up and give it a shot,thanks GUY's,eventually I ll have the cummins on the road:pant:

what's the thread size on your pump,your push lock what do they have for threads,your fuel lines are they hard plastic or rubber?

what's the thread size I need to buy a banjo fitting --- Update to the previous post... One of my Buddy told me it's a M 12x1.5 (metric) I'd like to know the lenght also,did anybody ever installed a FASS pump?

this dorman fitting is on a stainless tubing and goes back to tank,whoever replaced the pump must have change the old set up,if I cut the stainless tubing what is the best way to adapt the flex hose with the banjo fitting to the suction of pump/

your right when I was testing the fuel system,the transfer pump would seize up at time the vp44 must of struggled,once I replace the pump I'll erase the code and see what happens,thanks man!

I'll go with shell rotella t-10w30 h.d diesel oil,Ill keep it pugged in on cold days,thanks for the info guy's:smart:

I'm replacing my transfer pump the one on the truck is not the original one,I bought a FASS DDRP 02.The suction is a different style fitting,it seems like a stainless tubing with a quick connect,did anybody ever experience that,to adapt the FASS pump I need to cut the stainless pipe and adapt some kind of a fitting ,in my package they sent me 2 banjo fittings /filter/rubber hose.Not sure what pump they had in there,the suction tubing must have been replaced that quick coupler seems like a good set up,it would be a waste to remove it.:duh:How can I attach pics to my thread

thanks guy's found my codes px8 black/clearcoat & ps2 bright silver metallic/clear coat ,the clear coat is this applied after you paint or is it in the paint? Can anyone help:cookoo:
