  3. Checked all the above . Thought I had it fixed started up good for a few days ... now after sitting overnight on first start up .. same . But the rest of the day it is fine . I seems to take dam near 10 hrs sitting for this to happen
  4. Well after doing the new trubo swap .. and the 50 hp DDP injectors I have had a hard start issue . Replaced all the o ring on the injectors twice .. new injector tubes twice .. o rings on them twice . Tightened all connections , replaced the line from the filter to the VP with a big line kit . ... still air is getting back in and draining back . If the truck sits for more than 2 hrs it takes 3 cranks to start . Before it never did this with the OEM stuff . I am at my wits end . yes I searched , yes I did the baby powder , yes I parked it up hill and down hill ... If this cant be fixed I am lost . Banjo on the back of the head tight , t fitting tight . Battery's are good , VP is new , raptor 150 is new . Fuel PSI is 19 idle 17 driving 16 wot . Key on pump primes for 2 sec gauge reads 19 psi ... crank no start until i crank 3 times . Once started it will fire all the time , just wont after it has been sitting .
  5. The one hanging , does it have like a bigger end on it ? I was wondering what this one was .

  11. That part of the registration is now gone , you should be ok now --- Update to the previous post... Its not the 5 + 5 spam deal, its that stop forum spam one that goes to a database and looks over normal usernames that are used for spam accounts. If you are trying to sign up as say Matt and that username has been used a lot with spammers, it gets blocked. Now if you add a few numbers to your username for now - Matt1234, it will let you in and we can change your username to what they want after the signup.
  12. The system seems up to par .. I dunno bud
  13. try again and I will look into this
  14. Man I hate to say this but I am stumped here . Basically it is sounding like you are not getting fluid where needed . Clog maybe ?Man I am going to be up all night thinking on this one .
  15. Is this a NEW trans or a rebuilt , or one out of a pick and pull ?
  16. Try to re register again .. if you get in PM me and I will set you up . Admin power ..lol I will try to round you up a pic --- Update to the previous post... Only pic I could come up with for the 44RE http://www.txchange.com/tfdrain.htm
  17. Also ,Chrysler issued a TSB on a problem very similar to what you describe. It is TSB number 21-08-94 and the repair involves installing a drainback relief valve in the transmission oil cooler pressure line. I would strongly recommend making sure you have the correct fluid first . Do NOT get a transmission flush, just drop the transmission pan, replace the filter and replace whatever fluid came out with the correct stuff . If you did a complete flush with the new trans your filter might be junked up from particles that were in the system . I am REALLY thinking you need a pan drop new filter and fluid and all will be fine . And when are you going to come say hello on ramforum.com ...lol Michael is there .
  18. I know the 42re transmission has an anti drainback valve in one line located just in front of the bottom of the pan . On the 44re do you have one a drainback valve ?Did you use ATF+4 fluid? If you used decron or mercon ... get it out !Just asking some simple questions to help pin point a solution .
  19. If it is just a engagement issue on a new trans I would fill it with synthetic oil first .Check to make sure the shifter assembly (which is all electronic) is ok , probably malfunctioning and not telling it what gear to go in.Are you getting a 0700 code at all or any for that matter ?I am going to lean more on 2 things ... the internal gear ratio acting up in the trans or the shifter assembly .
  20. Have you been using synthetic or conventional oils ? Did you recently switch from one to the other ?
  21. Wow , they are still out there ..lol No problem .. my PM box is open
