Drove the truck it's fine, get in it the next day and the settings won't sync to my phone nor will it load a tune that I've used before. Only had it like 3 weeks and already giving me problems 🤬

What kind of mobile device are you using?

Double check the transmitter head to be sure its connected.

Does the Quadzilla have good +12V BATT, +12V Keyed, and Ground?

Man I guess it was just some kind of glitch because it just magically worked the next time I stopped and tried it 🤦‍♂️

That could happen once in a great while but rare. Just remember to reboot everything you have to shut down the truck for at least 15 to 30 seconds then re-start. This will reboot the all the on board computers including the Quadzilla. Typically I don't bother with hooking up the mobile device but only for when I'm working on a tune.

Mine never connects automatically from the mobile being shut off, I just manually connect which takes 5 seconds, I usually don't turn it off then it connects straight away

Mine usually auto connects right away but sometimes it doesn't do it fast enough.  I then annoy myself by trying to find the BT signal when I need to be looking for the Wi-Fi signal.  So far this go around with the Quad has been much nicer than the last time I tried it.  I just wish I could afford to drive my truck more often right now.

I use the Bluetooth connection for mine... Don't guess it makes a difference really.
