I have not spun tires on this motor, could it have happen 3k miles before now? Here's what I found, my driver's side batt is 10.49 and passanger is 12.58, could bad battery cause that?

Sounds like time for new batteries and double check the cables (voltage drop test).

0500 is a speed sensor problem.

Caj is right... Batteries have nothing to do with it...

I dont know if it had something to do with it or not but put new batterys and light went out. The driver side batt. was fried it had the smell of battery acid.Maybe conections.

Nope... ECM/PCM are just like your old 24V regardless of unplugging the batteries for a period of time the codes will remain. But codes will be cleared in 40 warm up cycles still... The CEL light will clear in a few key cycles typically but remember the code will remain.
