Better steering with more weight

Recommended Posts

I was lucky enough to have my brother visit me this last week and he road in the truck with me a few times. Usually my truck steer's pretty good but it seems like im constantly moving the steering wheel a little side to side. MY brother weighs probably 350 or so and with him in the passenger seat my truck has never handled better, it just went straight and I wasnt moving the wheel at all. What could I do to get this all the time without putting sack-crete in my passenger floorboard?

My steering parts including box have less than 20k on them but my passenger side does set about an inch lower than the driver side. I dont know if I need to adjust my cam bolts in the lower control arms or just get new springs but it has just started sagging in the last 4 or 5 months. I plan on getting new 2 inch lift springs and new cam bolts, as one of mine has come apart, in the near future.
