Hey everyone. I am new to this site but not new to the diesel world. I have had this gem for over a year. I don't consider myself a expert but more of a experienced amateur.

just thought I would formally introduce myself, I have a couple of post on this site already and have had great feed back. I have lived in the four corners area all my life about 48 plus years, I do heavy haul trucking for a living, a lot of road construction and excavation equipment. When I am not moving equipment I spend a lot of time operating and wrenching on them, I guess you can say I got diesel in my blood and 90/w in my brain. When I am not working I enjoy hooking up my Dodge ram and heading to my favorite fishing and hunting grounds. I am an ex member of another diesel site on the net, and I think this one is the best.

Mike-I have been following the site for quite a while and decided I might as well participate. I am not very computer literate and am unable to figure out how to donate using my iPhone. Also how do I post photos using same. Remember, very basic explanation. Thanks- Kitt

I own 3 trucks, all Rams: '98, '01, and '02. I've owned own F and am glad it was temporary. This is my '02 Ram (I didn't put the lift on it, I wanted the engine and tranny. The rest came with the truck. My '01 1500 Hope to gain lots of knowledge from the group. Cheers! Vinnie

What's up guys I guess I'll introduce myself. I already posted once but not an intro thread. My names Cory from California. Just bought a 2000 Cummins about a month ago and slowly getting it back together. It was stolen from the po and they messed it up a little bit. First Cummins and diesel I've bought. I needed a tow pig for my project truck. I'll post some pics of both. Here's the yota. Has a Mercedes 5 cyl turbo diesel.

Hey everybody - I'm pretty new to the site, not to mention diesel trucks. I'm in SoCal, so... yay smog exemption! My new used truck, a 2nd gen Dodge cummins turbo diesel, has quite a few undiagnosed problems so I was trolling around looking for repair information on the internet - leading me here. Hope we can all help each other out, since I'm betting by the time this truck runs to my comfort level I'll be rather knowledgeble about making mistakes - and hopefully fixing them! See y'all around!

I just wanted to say hello to you all. My name is Larry, and I've been lurking for quite a while and thought it was time to come out of the shadows I've owned my 2000 Ram 2500 for 15 years now, and we've had our ups and downs through the years. I've made a few upgrades over the years, and the good thing is that it still runs strong. It's primarily used to pull my 28 foot 5th wheel trailer through out the northwest states. My main goal now with the truck is to keep it running strong with an emphasis on reliability. I can't afford to break down while pulling my trailer in some narrow twisty mountain pass. I do everything possible to do all my own work on the truck.…

Hello to all from Miami FL., My name is Edwin Hernandez, I just registered here because it seems like I always end my research at Mopar1973man.com, so its time join the family. I look forward in contributing towards the community, I’m not a Cummins guru but I have learned a few things in that past 2 years. Here is some background info on me, I have been working on gas powered vehicles as a hobby since I was 13 with my dad which has been a professional mechanic since his Army days in the 70’s where he was a fleet mechanic. He is still at it and is currently a service tech at a local KIA dealer. With that said I have reasonable amount of experience when it comes to gas …

My name is Kyle Martin. I currently live in The Mile High City, well sister city of Aurora, Colorado. I am a shop manager of a diesel quick lube and tires facility. facility. I have been wrenching for most of my life on pretty much anything that's needed fixing. I joined here due to my 2001 24 valve hasn't been too healthy and I needed help. Thanks for everyone's input that helped me figure out the problem.

Been lurking around here for a few days, and figured I'd join up. Picked up an 02 24v a few weeks ago, and can't wait to start having some fun with it.

Hey Guys, Deric (deej) Kettel here. I own a 1999 Dodge Ram 2500 4X4 with the 5.9 diesel in it. I bought it back in 2001 and absolutely still love the truck. As a member, moderator and admin on a popular Kawasaki site, it feels weird starting at the bottom again on a new site but I read some of the posts related to a problem I am experiencing and have experienced as far back as 2004 I really appreciated the cooperation I read in all of the responses here. It really sounds like you have a bunch of good guys that are willing to spend the time helping each other out. I'll post in the appropriate forum on my Transmission hunting/locking and unlocking issue, but for now;' …

Hey guys, didn't see this introduction area or I would've posted here before. Lifelong cummins fan, and fairly new cummins owner here. Guess I'll share a bit about my truck. Last may, a friend of a friend was putting his 00 24v up for sale. The dealership would only give him 4 grand, so I paid him 4300 and got the truck, despite him suspecting Vp44 issues. I figured out that the vp was just fine (he had put in a new upgraded one) it was just a weak lift pump. So my first project was installing a Raptor 150 with 1/2" line and pulling the stock pump from the tank. Since then, I've redone the body, gotten another set of tires and wheels, put on an s&b intake I got fro…

I just wanted to thank Mopar man. For this site and articles. I've learned more about my truck in the last few weeks than in the last two years of owning it. You've saved me and taught me more than my local diesel shops.

Hey guys, I'm new here but this is a great site and I'm sure a great community of guys. I have Been lurking on CF and CD for a few years now cause I bought my truck 4 years ago with zero knowledge about how to build it where I wanted it. I live here in Pilot Point and am a high school football coach in Frisco. Wrenching on my 98.5 p-pumped 24v helps me to take the edge off and clear my head of all the stresses of my job and I love it. Again thank you all for having me, excited to meet some new people. Thanks again, Kyle
