  1. So after talking with customer support and getting my Adrenaline updated to V2 on the 4k box I decided to start building a tune. I started with Nicks DD tune and a started my test drive. Only made it a couple hundred yards and iQuad froze, to the point it locked up my tablet. I dont want to call Zilla back and waste their time since there is a plethora of knowledge here. is there an update for the app I need or is it a tune related error?

So I installed a quadzilla Adrenalin with V2 tuning on my truck about 2 months ago, and at first I put a scotch lock on the tap wire and I went out and drove it and the display on my phone says 0 pump tap. So I thought that was odd and I played around with my tuning to make sure it would go on with so much PSI and still no pump tap. Finally today I desided to solder the wires together and went for a drive and still no pump tap. Please help.

    I have been trying to get the bucking out of my truck. It is driving me crazy and i just found out how to do a datalog. It seems to be getting worse over time, and I'm at a loss for what to do.     My truck runs smooth and clean in the anti torque tune from the repository. My question is this. Why does my quadzilla shows 12psi when my mechanical gauge shows 20+? And could this be why the only tune that acts right is the anti torque tune ? Just replaced map sensor. Not a cummins sensor.

    Now I've been listening to @Me78569 talk about bucking if the timing is too advanced for the RPM band I found a way of testing for the 1,500 band in a way. If you let the RPMs sag down below the 1,500 mark and you roll into the throttle and bucks and jerks. Then the 1,500 band timing is too high. You should test down low as 1,000 RPM really. So this brought my 1,500 RPM band down to about 13 to 14 degrees and now starting of a roll at 1,000 RPM it much smoother launching off. I've seen several tune basing the 1,500 in the 15 to 16 degree range and this on my truck produces low end bucking during launching off the clutch more so in 2nd gear launches. The other…

    So I've noticed that my timing in the morning (basically driving within the first 5 minutes of starting) is pretty high. Like 17-20ish under low throttle inputs. Is this normal? I thought I had my settings in the quad to reduce this but maybe I'm misunderstanding something. I do have the quad set to a 120* warm up so would that factor in? Typically leaving Mike's MPG switch to OFF until I've been goin for a bit then switch to MPG.

    Is MPH accurate if all filled in information is correct. Trying to figure out how far my I'm off and who's lying, my speedo, GPS or quad. My truck info 6spd, 3.55, 285/70/17 Tire circumference comes out to 102.7 in. I have to have it at 97 in. to match my speedo at 70mph, GPS says I'm going 70.7 mph. If i set it to 102.7 quad will jump to 75 mph.

    Well finally got around to installing the quad and all I can say is WOW! I cant believe how much nicer the truck runs! I haven’t even tweaked anything, just using the stock injector daily tune @Me78569 uploaded and it’s really good. Can definitely tell in the lower throttle scenarios and from 0-40mph. A lot more responsive, and runs smoother overall. I can’t wait to get some 7x.012’s installed and see how it runs then! Anyone who’s on the fence about getting the quad and new V2 software just pull the trigger!

    @Me78569 I'm going to check and see if I understand this option correctly. Basically, Timing Reduct Scaling basically affects the Max Load Timing Offset vs APPS Sensor. So if I set the Max Load Timing Offset to 3* and then the Timing Reduct Scaling to 50%. so by the time I hit 50% on the APPS sensor, the timing should be maxed out on the performance side.

    My warranty should be over or nearly over for my VP44. Time to return back to wire tap tuning again. There is a reason why I'm not re-using my old Stealth Plate. I'll show you the difference in my next post. I bought my first Stealth Plate back in 2007 that is 10 years ago and several updates have been done to the old original plate I bought 10 years ago.

    It there a way to keep the truck running while the iQuad finishes initializing on the mobile device? Rather annoyance to me. Like today hopped in the truck and drove 15 miles to town no problem. Now I've got to stop at the bank, grocery store and the fuel station. I start at the bank shut down. Start up drive less than a 0.1 a mile to the fuel station. Shut down realise the iquad was in the middle of loading up and crash because I shut down the truck. Now I've got to restart the app again. Ok now drive another 0.1 of a mile to the grocery store again the iQuad was in the middle of loading up and crashed again. Ok time to go home restart and get the iQuad fired up... Now i…

Was curious what every body is running for a daily driver tune, a tow tune, and a power tune.   20. I need help with tuning my quadzilla 4K for my truck. Truck has 188/220 cam,103 springs,7x13 injectors, pushrods and studs and t4 manifold but I can’t figure out tunes for my setup it pops at higher rpms and sometimes even shuts the truck off. I have a brand new fass 165 set to 20psi and 15 at wot. Any help will be appreciated.
