Hi guys,  I would like to know if somebodys would like to get aluminum engine oil pan?   Maybe I'm gonna make somes or at least one for my truck to give a try!!    I'll try to take pictures when building for buyers if interested.....

after all that's done buff it all out and shoot a clear coat over it. It will be like chrome.

Thanks guys,   I'll put more pic when finish. And wish the flange will be straight for no leak!!   Good idea Mike but for this one I'll do this just like that.   It's a test for my truck..  I have some modification to help me with next fabrication..

Some updates:  I've finished welding the oil pan.  

Sweet looking pan. Now if your polished that aluminum and then spray a laquer coat on it you would have fake chrome.

Yes Mike would be sweet!!   I don't have a buffer ..   

 

Katoom :  Good question!!  I have lot of things to do this summer so maybe next summer....  I would like to try on my truck for testing leaking.  The flange is little corked cause of welding.

Only guys in Canada would make an aluminum oil pan for their Cummins. Amazing is all I got to say

Not quite racing chrome but shined up...

Yeah, I did quick and my pad was little rough..  I need more steps with fine ones.  Anyway its a oil pan, it will have dirt, oil, fly, bees  haha
