Got most of my components. Just waiting on the hids. Should be here any day. @Me78569 told me I HAD to run halos though. Think we will ignore him on it this time.

It's so stupid easy to do.  Literally just put the tail of hte projector through the hole in the housing and tighten the nut on the backside.

10min in the over at 225* for the lenses. Came right apart.

Part number for what? Hid ballast plug into the truck harness and have a separate dual relay as not to introduce noise into the audio system.

 

 

Got rid of the bulb cover mount, cleaned out the adhesive, and sanded the chrome so  I can paint the backing a dull color. No reflection.

@Mopar1973Man, kind of funny but the projectors do have DOT engraved onto them. Same with the lenses for the housings. I'll get a pic tonight.

i have 55w hids in already but in cheapo housings...   i still have the stock headlights too so id love to retrofit them
