In my experience, you probably have loose front end parts, possibly the track bar.

It would be best understanding what year/model truck you have, how many miles on it, whats done to it, and any other modifications which may allow members to help better.

Sector adjustment is on the top side of the output shaft. Typically its a Allen bolt in the top with a jam nut holding the adjustment. I typically run it to the bottom and then back off about 1.5 turn
Got the death wobble going when I hit a bump wrong, so I suppose it's time for a brace box. Is one as good as another, are they all the same or is there some to stay away from?
