My heater grid is not hooked up on my truck I was wondering what are the best replacement parts to use when I put it back together. 2002 Ram Cummins

All the parts are there uncertain why the two heavy wires that go to the relay from the battery and the heater grid are unhooked. When I get the opportunity I'm going to hook the wires up and test it and see what is and what isn't working.

Before you just hook them up like that I would recommend doing some wire, relay, grid troubleshooting or you make cook some things.

Agreed. They may have been unhooked by the PO because they didnt want to use them, or because they weren’t working properly. I’d plug in the relay first to verify it’s working right, then move to the heater. If you want new parts look on Geno’s, they have it all.

Thanks for all the advice I agree with troubleshooting the relay first. And I have contacted Geno's already so that is the direction I will go

Be careful your dealing with enough amps to melt your tools and wiring if you don't think about what you are doing.
