      Eat healthy, get sleep, take walks, keep busy, cut down on drinking, stop smoking, and enjoy life.   Don't take risks you shouldn't and if you are at high risk then take more caution against it.

    So much information coming out that all points to a long planned agenda, crazy. Who do we believe, the media that is constantly getting cut lying or crazy people on Internet :think: I'm starting to wonder a lot :ahhh: does anyone have any legit information to shear.

    Hadvthe saeprobem with my tablet. Had to deletee the cookies to get it to work. It is in the link @dave110 posted.
