After 3 long weeks it looks like my replacement exhaust manifold has finally landed.

 

I found this but just wanted to be sure this is correct for installation torque and bolting sequence.

    They make a hi-temp anti seize for exhaust bolts. I don't know if it would encourage them to back out or not.

I put a bit of white paint at top of the bolts when I did mine because I didn't reuse the metal clips, all but one stayed tight, one backed out half a turn after a year or so, it's been another year now so far no more problems.

What about anti seize?  Would this be a good time for that, or just go dry?

I used it on mine, some copper high temp stuff

Yes I do have some of that good copper stuff.

Copper Anti-Seize and not copper coat gasket compound
