Trans was making funny noise. Tore into it and discovered pieces of a gear in bottom of case. SO, where is best place to source heavy duty parts for the nv4500?

I have no personal experience, but I have heard that Torque King is a good source.

@Doubletrouble he was the last one I heard that rebuilt his transmission. He would be a wealth of insight also with the tools you need.

I bought my parts from a combination of allstate gear and torque king I believe.

I had to replace the input shaft, main shaft and counter shaft. Mine was pretty trashed.

I also replaced the tail housing, OEM was an aluminum peice, I replaced it with a cast iron piece from torque king.

Went with parts from allstate, itw, and transtare. Steerd clear of tourqe king because i feel they are same parts for twice the cost

Looking to fab a spin on filter set up from scratch on passenger pto position. Offcourse the damn internet led me here to this circus. God i hste to love this damn place.
