  2. I mean all the smoke is wasted fuel correct? Is there a way to tune it to not smoke so much? I mean if I need the power it's one thing but I do not want to dust the intersection either...

  4. I maybe getting a Smarty S03, the newer style Smarty. I am hoping this will be a good tuner for what I will need. I think I will probably keep it on a SW5 setting. For some reason I feel like the other settings are just going to blow too much smoke down low? Anyone have experience with the S03?
  5. No, AFAIK it is completely stock truck with what is listed in my sig. I really want a 65hp timing box like an Edge EZ, but that is it.
  6. Mine is sitting at 21psi but I have my wategate unhooked from the elbow and where the elbow was there is now a plug. Soon to have a boost elbow installed, just curious. My main concern I guess now is the defuel table to our trucks on stock setting.

  11. 1. When does the stock programming start to de-fuel at what rpm and/or what boost level? 2. Sorta goes with question one in a sense, but if I am to wind out the gears in my truck (NV5600) to get up to speed, what is the best rpm to shift at and/or not go over when going WOT?

  18. I am about to do the EGT Probe install on the truck. My question is I need to know what is a good gasket for the turbo and down pipe? I am going to remove the turbo to do the drilling and tapping on the manifold. I want a good gasket and is there anything I need to look out for or tips while I do this install. I got the probe from vulcanperformance and it came with a green box ( I am assuming a amplifier?). Thanks in advance
  19. I just want something that will hold up with the stock clutch too. I understand that there are lots of 60hp chips or boxes or programmers but which one is the best and the pros and cons of each. Like I said I want a slight bump in power, not looking to tap the pump at all.
  20. Well I installed a needle valve inline and removed the isolator. All I can say is the isolator I got must have been a piece of ****. I fired the truck up and instantly 18psi again! Thanks for the help guys. I am happy with that instead of 3.5-5psi I was showing...
  21. See that's is another topic I have been looking into. A lot of people are selling the Smarty S03 and I am assuming that is the same on high setting as an Edge EZ but with OBDII port instead of map fooling or whatever. I do not care to hot rod with the truck nor do I want to blow lots of black smoke. I feel like the 60hp chip/programmer is the best route for me but everyone always tells me to get an Edge Comp when I don't think I will ever care to need the additional 60hp/180tq. I don't tow heavy at all, maybe 7k lbs at very most?
