I would make sure you do not have a boost leak, also check under the 5 bolt plate and make sure the wastegate puck is covering the exhaust ports and has not broken off.

Are you able to adjust (shorten ) the wastegate? Are running bigger injectors than the +50HP in your signature? 25psi will be more efficient, but you may need more for sled pulling Here is the link https://www.dieselautopower.com/s300-t3-turbine-housing-76-68-wastegated-hx40-12cm-12cmt3hx40wg68

Hoping we don't have to wait for this set of injectors to wear out before we visit again! It was great to meet you in person!

Max boost only with WG hose pinched
36/60 drive pressure is a lot. Better to reduce boost and reduce the drive pressure. 30/36 would be more ideal. But check EGT and see what works best for your engine. Typically it is best to gate earlier and let the exhaust gas leave the engine.

New injectors on the way.....
The stock tune is really good on the Adrenaline. You can customize. Often people don't understand the limitations of custom tuning, or the limitations of a 25 year old vehicle... Others are chasing an unrelated issue. It is amazing what can be done, but it is not going to change it into a 4th or 5th gen.

Very glad you are pleased with the new injectors. Shameless plug to get the Adrenaline next.

you could do that.

I believe the QZ and Isspro Sensors use the same scaling.

We would like to heave the cores within 60 days. If you would like to get them rebuilt with larger nozzles call in and talk with Mitch or Lenny. I have not heard of a slow map sensor. I will let someone else answer that.

Thank you for the info. Since you bought the injectors through us If you want us to go through them and reset pop off pressures and check for any nozzles that may not be popping crisply then it is $110. That includes new washers and return shipping.

Bigger turbo will slow the spool. 76% seems a little low for 50HP mid 80's would be more typical. "smoke" is also subjective. To go smokeless you may need to tune lower like you have. If you want to send the injectors in to get inspected and pop tested we offer that service at a discount for our customers with our injectors. Please call in. Turn around time is typically less than 2 days for repairs.

35" tires and 4.10 can be decent for faster highway speeds. 62/68/12 would certainly spool faster. It works well with an s475 with 96/1.15AR, or s475,83/1.25 or s472/87/1.10 (custom) 57mm GXE is a a better option for twins going for 650HP as it will spool faster. Did you do any headwork or cam to improve flow? Tunnel ram? If you can improve spool up a little it would be nice. A custom cut 12cm turbine housing would decrease spool time a little. an sxe 64/68/14 would add more air and make spooling better as the wheel is significantly lighter.

Opinion needed - intercooler boots.
Maybe it is a little sponsored. Trying to support good manufacturers. I bought my first diesel part from Eric at Vulcan in 2008. He is one of my favorite people to work with. Always a straight shooter.

Vulcan performance has some great products. We are pleased to stock their products.

Agreed. Down pipes are a pain. You can bend the actuator rod or bracket a little for clearance. It is a really tight fit. The braided oil drain line makes for easier installation.

Diesel Auto Power
At Diesel Auto Power we believe that you do not have to "Pay to Play." The idea of selling and manufacturing diesel parts started in 2007 when Jacob broke down hundreds of miles away from home. Repairs were super expensive he thought there must be a better way to get good parts and not break the bank. Diesel Auto power was started shortly after that trip in 2008. We specialize in Dodge Cummins performance parts and offer OEM replacements. We also offer a full line of performance products for Chevy, Ford and other diesel and gasoline vehicles. We represent over 600 companies. If you are in need of a part that you do not see on our website, send us an email or give us a call. It is helpful if you know the part number. We encourage our customers to find the best legitimate price out there and then give us a chance to best beat it (certain minimum manufacturer pricing applies). Your business is important to us and we strive to provide you with the best value.

50HP injectors and a Quadzilla will spool the 62mm. It just won't do it as fast. Regarding springs are you looking for pressure a specific installed height? We changed manufacturers last year and these are made by a company that makes top fuel cars and other extreme performance. They are designed for daily driving and to handle 4500RPM at high boost. I have other springs to offer for 5500RPM+

Powder coating is better. It would not affect the warranty unless you assembled it wrong or the wheel was damaged when the cover was off.
