It is not a standard BW turbo. If he can confirm the brand or copressor dimensions that would be helpful. BW has .83 AR but I have not seen a .84... maybe someone else has more details. Assuming it is the borg 66mm compressor and the 65mm turbine, it was likely modified. It probably barks like crazy. Drive pressure above 500HP is likely high.

Are you monitoring back pressure. Copper tubing kit is Autometer 3224 and is about $15 for anyone that wants to put their boost gauge in the pyro port without melting things.

100-125HP will work great with the 57 Billet. With a programmer you can always turn it down a level. We have 2 pallets of the Billet 57mm on order and will receive them next week. It is a great turbo... flows about 15% more than a K27.

That was my bad personally as I have been out sick for a week and just getting back to work. As for the injectors we were hoping for a easy turn around like it was something simple but once receiving the injectors and testing them we had a few that were not popping off right, they had to do a complete tear down and set them back up before shipping nda back to you. This did take an extra day and I do apologize for that but wanted to make sure you got good product back and it was verified. Michael, I have about a dozen MM3 tuners if you want a good deal and do your own tuning. For 2006 we usually do EFI LIVE. There are lots of good options.

Call in and talk to Mitchell. Your signature says 6x.018, but those were your old injectors. 6x.013 with hone and tip mod is what you ordered. odd that they worked great then stopped. Mitch can assist you.

G is for gated the GXE and SXE are updated with many features for more airflow and longevity. if your goal for peak power is 450HP then the 12CM would be of benefit, there would be a limitation for drive pressure, so if you want more peak power like 500HP then go with the 14CM, or 62/68/12 as the 68/12 and the 65/14 turbine configuration are similar in spool and flow. basically there is a 50rpm difference in spool for 12cm vs 14cm. driving egt will generally be lower with a 12cm, but peak EGT lower with a 12cm. If you have 3.55 gears, 35" tires then the 12cm will be better as that = pretty tall gearing and will be hard to spool If you live at 5000ft then you probably want to go up a size on the compressor as there is not as much air to compress.

the Borg Billet 57mm is a nice option for 450-500HP 57mm cast (heavier wheel and flows 61lbs/minute 57.15 billet (people sometimes round up to 58mm) 66lbs/minute of air and faster spooling good for up to 500HP sxe62mm good for 550HP 77lbs/minute for reference hx35 is typically 54mm and flows 51lbs or 54lbs/minute--- the turbine side and very small wastegate are pain points for this turbo. Good for 325HP or about 350HP if you port the wastegate. HY35 is a little smaller.

We have a number of 03-07 kits and are waiting on some of the pulleys so we can convert them to 98-02. We also carry a bunch of replacement parts for the Assassin.

Corrected the statement above. EDM + Honing and some mild tip mods give good performance with the trade off of very little smoke.

We modified the nozzles to be clean and give good power. 150HP injector nozzles flow about 80% MORE fuel than stock.

We will make sure to get you the correct washers. Someone brought the washer mismatch to my attention Friday. Supplier sent some that were slightly smaller in height and it did not get checked before it got added to our container of washers. The height difference would affect spray pattern about 1*... For reference RV275 are 1* different than stock, so 1* is of little consequence and would not cause the problem you are experiencing. Regardless it doesn't look good and its not how we want the product to go out. Someone at the shop will be wishing they were peeling potatoes today instead of sorting shims and checking every 24v injector on the shelf.

Yes it is crazy competitive in some areas. If you are doing it for fun its a different goal set and budget than if you are competing and an ego is on the line.

200HP injectors would be fine. I think the 8x.010 sac would be fine, of go a little bigger with the 7x.012 sac Double duty of street and sled its hard to be competitive. if you can do the s463.5 then you will get more top end performance out of it. if you want something in the middle the 63/73/12 gated will flow more than the 63/68/14 and if you decide you want more flow you can go T4 and 1.00 housing with the 73mm turbine if you want to make it better for sled pulling.

Sorry you are having connection issues. They happen sometimes, but it should not be as often or problematic as you are experiencing. Call in to Quadzilla and see if they can offer you support or test the module. I will confirm the IQUAD+ has been shipping out for a while as a free upgrade. It offers WIFI on IOS and BT on Android. Quadzilla only has 2 parts now where there used to be 6. Hopefully that makes it easier if someone switches from IOS to android or the other way around. Also the 2001 and 2002 are compatible for the same kit. The 1998.5-2000 have different voltages for Boost reference. the 2001-2002 use the same scaling. The map sensors are different on all 3 applications.
