  1. True, some peak HP loss. It depends on the primary and secondary goals of use for the truck.
  2. GXE 57/65/12 compared to a 62/68/12 should be closer to 200rpm
  3. the 57/65/14 can support 500HP, but would be hot. 450HP is more reasonable. The 12cm improves spool, but decreases peak HP. You are at lower elevation and have stock size tires or close to it so spool should not be too hard with either a 57mm or 62mm. The extra turbo is a nice addtion for EGt control and keeping boost up so the engine is responsive.
  4. The old 57mm cast s300g is ok The new GXE 57mm (57.15mm sold as 58mm by others) is a great spooling turbo. The wheel is lighter than the others mentioned and spools very quick. We can get it in a 57/61/12cm for insane spool up on a max of 400HP that is direct drop in for hx35
  5. Injectors for that ESN are 0432193649 nozzle is a VCO 7 hole .00767 DSLA153P797 0433 175 197 Its really close to stock nozzles size. FYI RV275 nozle is 7x .00807 and flow about 1.6LPM
  6. Flow depends on the revision of the wheel. the 62mm cast wheel flows between 66lbs and 77lbs per minute depending on the design and the cover. Aftermarket no Borgwarner turbos can be a good value for the right application. A genuine Borg SXE has advantages.
  7. Cheapest option is stock hx35/ s464/83/1.10 T6 Piping kit and s464 will be less than $2000 and its going to be able to support 500-550HP. 57GXE and s369SXE would also be a great option 550HP or maybe alittle more, but $will be a lot more. s475/96/1.32 is not a good turbo choice with either of the small turbos mentioned... add a 1.15 AR housing and its worth discussing.
  8. We did have a couple kits get sent from FASS with the wrong harness with the kit. Can you confirm the part # on the bag? send pics to warranty@dieselautopower.com and Mitch can give more help on Monday. Sorry for the headache
  9. Received your order. TD08165G has 1/2" lines and good fittings all the way up to the VP44. You also ordered 1/2" PUSH LOCK FUEL PRESSURE TEE SKU: VLC-PLT8 so you will have fuel pressure access port not sure if VP44 STEALTH PUMP COVER KIT - 1998-2002 DODGE 24-VALVE SKU: BDD-1050201 is needed as the adrenaline has a positap. you can do it either way. Lots of options for trans upgrades. triple billet converter for under$900 and valve body would do a lot to hold extra power. or a billet single good for up to 550HP for under $500 https://www.dieselautopower.com/stage-2-single-disk-torque-converter-billet-cover-for-47rh-47re-rated-up-to-850lbft-550hp
  10. Sac nozzles. I wrote it down wrong in my notes and noticed my error when I checked pop pressure just now. Same price for the sac since I already posted it.
  11. yes $400 shipped. Since you just set up your 75HP put them on the classifieds here and craigslist and try to get a core so you can return it. Typically we set pop pressure about 310-318 for 150HP. The ones on the clearance are set at 310BAR and are sac 150HP. The 57 billet with 61mm turbine would be better than an he351 for flo, spool and turbine flow. and it has a custom cover for drop in fitment. The s257 billet is a nice turbo, but not well suited for dodge application without a lot of modification. We sell a ton of BORG box units. Happy to supply you with non dodge turbo applications if you need any.
  12. Speaking quietly to me in a meeting one of the former big air filter company engineer/reps told me and enclosed CAI made more power on dyno and had cooler air below 30MPH, after that it was same as an open filter under the hood. An enclosed box would increase longevity of a filter. Any "WRAP" or prefilter will restrict flow significantly.
  13. Nice work on the turbo. $500 is not bad for the upgrade. Glad you addressed the turbine side as well. That is the side that gets neglected and needs more help than the compressor. There is a 57/65/14 GXE that is a good option for 400-500HP- spools really fast. An even faster version is a custom s200 based on SXE that is a 57/61/12 good for 400HP and of course the HE351cw 60/60/9 (although the 9cm is able to flow better than the hx35 12cm due in large part to the better wastegate design) good for 450HP I have a bunch of rebuilt injectors we are clearing out, 1 year warranty. I am posting it here on Mopar1973man first. @gimmie11s

  15. Change to 4" if you change out the turbo to an s300. No real power gain or EGT drop until you are 400HP or more.... 3" can flow 500-600HP. Biggest restriction is the turbine side of the hx35 and single port wastegate. 58mm turbine (2") with 7mm shaft and wheel in the way and a wastegate port that only gates the front 3 cylinders and is about 15mm in diameter. --- no real reason to change out to 4" unless yours is rusting out. Headlights, tunnel ram intake, S&B filter all would be easier to install and money better spent.
  16. try changing the "fuel system relay" with the "wiper relay"
  17. Paul, What are your goals for the truck and what do you have done already?
  18. Do you have it installed yet? How do you like it?
  19. Did it just start happening, or a gradual occurrence? anything recently changed in your truck set up? Sometimes bigger injectors or injectors at higher pressure combined with a tight converter will cause stall when put in drive. Also make sure your truck is warmed up prior to putting it in drive.
  20. THis is the TUrbo you want with 150HP injectors for a solid 500HP If you want 450HP and even quicker spooling consider 125HP and this turbo https://www.dieselautopower.com/dap-screaming-eagle-sxe-fmw-2nd-gen-fit-57-65-12-t3-gated-hx40 or if you tow a lot compounds would work great Compounds $1350 S400 $650 and support 500HP with a quick spooling s464/83/1.10AR, or 550HP with s475/83/1.10AR (but will add more $$)
  21. Glad you like the pump. We keep spare parts in stock for them. We have more kits in stock if anyone wants a mechanical pump for their truck. Glad you like the pump. We keep spare parts in stock for them. We have more kits in stock if anyone wants a mechanical pump for their truck.
  22. Edge EZ does boost fooling so adding a Qudzilla fooler will not get you any gains. A boost elbow would help a little. More fuel and custom tuning with an adrenaline would be the next upgrade I would do (with a boost elbow.)
  23. HX35 only wastegates the front 3 cylinders. Take of hx35 and grind down the center divider a little and use a non divided turbo/manifold gasket, or drill a 5/8" or larger hole in the divider from the side exhausting cylinders 4-6 to cylinders 1-3. Also port the wastegate port to 7/8" and you should be able to lower your back pressure by a good bit.
  24. K27 is 60mm compressor, but it is shorter and smaller and moves LESS air than the s300G 57mm. K27 is similar to 35/40 hybrid, and max 75-100HP injector with an adrenaline. 57mm s300GXE is an updated 57mm and flows 66lbs/minute and will support 450HP. 62mm sxe will support 525-550HP HX35 modified can be quick spooling with 62mm or larger compressor, Looks like the Dieselfuture above did nice work. Remember that the 62mm is only part of the dimensions. If you dont have a machine shop at your disposal then a new s300 sxe turbo is just about as expensive Consider and Adrenaline, and a boost elbow or turngate/turnbuckle and raise boost to 30-32psi. You do not need a new turbo with rv275 and an adrenaline. HX35 is fine, hy35 might get a touch warmer. You can mod your turbo for better turbine flow if you have a bench grinder. Call for more help.
