You don’t need to take off the rocker arms. Only need acres to the injector lines and take off the valve cover. Here’s a tip. Use the short bold that you remove from the intake elbow and thread it into the top of the injector. Then use a screwdriver to pop them out. When you put them back in keep pressure on the crossover tube and rotate the injector back and forth until the tune stops sliding in. It’s a very simple process. If you need more info check this out. I had a nasty misspelling streak in that post lol. I meant that I was cruising between shops at 40 mph. It don’t fell just like it won’t go but just ever so slightly sluggish? I unhooked the map and probed it with my multimeter and just got a irrational reading anywhere from 0 to 16 volts ac. Now I wish I wouldn’t have sold the scan gauge. If didnthrow another code when I hooked it back up which is to be expected. When I drive it after while I’ll be able to tell if it’s in “low power mode” or not.

Uh oh now I don’t have my scan gauge. Local Cummins parts joint has a sensornbutnif that’s not the problem I don’t wanna some the $$. If I don’t have a data tool do I just get a sensor or wait and see what happens? So far the cide hasn’t came back but I have been traveling between a good at speeds no more than 40mph.

Crap I sold my scan gauge to fund other parts. That was stupid. The obdlink won’t work will it? The truck definitely feels pretty sluggish right now. I’m going to test the map socket and check for 5 volts at lunch. Also I plugged he boost fooler back in and it made no difference

What was the fix for you guys?

Well I’ll be! I always thought it was limp mode. Hmm well I’ll see if the code comes back and if it does I’ll do the testing outlined in the articles. I plan to go pick up a new boat tomorrow night if the truck acts up and throws the code it won’t hurt anything to drive it right?

That code can put you in limp mode. I had it happen when I had the Edge EZ tuner.

Took the boost fooler out and cleared the code. It hasn’t came back yet but Iv only driven it betweeen my shops that are a mile apart

I’m pretty sure it’s no in. Limp mode becuase I was doing 40 mph on a back road. I never tried to get on it though becuase I wasn’t sure what the code was till I got home Think it’s related to my Qaudzilla Boost Cooler?

Out of the blue my truck flipped a P0237 code this evening while out fishing. Is this directly related to my turbo play issue or not?

Thanks for this! Dual disc is Not in my interest. I have heard that they are very granny and will make the truck a lot harder to drive. Stick clutch is still in place. It has never slipped on me yet and has 129k miles. I think I’m pretty comfortable doing the job myself. South Bend seems to have great reputation. Lots of good things heard about their OFE and the like. I think the 75s and the Adrenaline is all I’ll ever do. I’m not building a sump queen just a reliable Daily driver and a towing machine.

Well I foresee a new clutch in the future! With 75s and a Adrenaline I doubt it will last long! When I slip it the first time any guesses how much longer it will go or is it a gamble? So I know there will prob be several different opinions but what’s the go to for clutches? I have heard a lot of good about the South Bend OFE and Con OFE. I’m not sure if I would need a 400 or 500hp rated clutch with the injectors and Qaud? When the time comes I plan to do this myself. How hard is it for someone that has never done clutch work? I would like a clutch thg will do well pulling hard and daily driving but be able to hold up to the power to come. Truck will not become any more modified than it is . Cheers!

No offense but I think your crazy to spend thousands of dollars on new gearing when u could but a new set of smaller tires for less than 1k$. And btw I m the alone that wanted to ditch my 4:10s.

How much hp does 1x2 add?

Hmm my 75s don’t seem ttoo spool to fast but that could be due to the play in the shaft. If I go back to stock I’ll be putting a can bus tuner on it idling it’ll be a smarty or xzt. Still can’t decide if I wanna do 275hp or 400.... Also something wierd. I put a qaudzilla boost foolernon with h my 75s and it made absolutely no difference??

I have 7x0085 injectors already. I was actually considering throwing the stick ones back in after they’re tested and cleaned just so I don’t get my hp over my goals

All I need is fuel pressure egt and boost .

Felt kind of bad doing this to Eric but I canceled this order cuz heck why do I need two sets of gauges? Qaudzilla is good enough for me. (When I get it that is! Hopefully soon! )
