Inplumbed my Fass through the stock canister and still have 20 psi idle and 18 wot

I done screwed that idea. Lol. Getting ready to go work on the truck again this morning. If the Draw Straw don’t fix it what should I look at next?

No no i didn’t even put 1k on them lol. I bought it used and he had the 20k on hem lol. My Fass sounds like a rock tumbler and supposedly new filters will make it run smooth like it should haha.

What do you mean? My Fass did come with filters. Im switching them for new being they have 20k on them....

Sounds to me like a bad ecm. I would be trying to test for that. Just my 2

I would be interested in the valve cover and oil pan cover for noise reduction purposes. @Tractorman Did you take a before and after decibel reading?

If I’m going to do that I’m gonna get the whole new spring so I don’t risk getting the truck grounded if I mess the spring up lol. I’ll be changing all 3 of my filters as well today....

We think we narrowed it down to air getting in at the top of the fuel basket. So I ordered the Draw Straw to fix that. Still don’t know for sure that it’s air though. Couple more variables. First off the truck never starts hard! I have done a ton of research and looks like everyone with air leaks has hard start issues. Next right after I installed the Fass the 3rd time I started it with the new pump I got the crappy idle and a TON of white smoke. None of that smoke is there now. Just throwing that out there......... We’re going to get thus figured out and make her run good again!! Thanks

Seriously considering putting my fuel system back to what it was with the exception of the big line kit from filter to bottom and a raptor or frrp. The truck ran so good with the old setup and now Iv got nothing but problems.

Got the Fass unhooked and removed. Just got to take the rest of the bolts out tomorrow and install he Draw straw . Any tips or suggestion?

Still questioning if it’s a leak or Bad VP44. Hoping the straw will tell me.... Never been off road yet... I’m just going to tear into it and stuff that straw in there. Iv got a feeling it’s going to be a waste though.

Man idk what I should do. Dropping he tank and removing the bed is a pain in the A**!!!! I have the Draw straw dojo light as well put that in but gee it’s going to suck.... I was thinking about just getting a Beans sump so I wouldn’t have to drop the tank ilor raise the bed but heck I have a Draw straw on my bench. I’m sort of worried about 1/4 tanknissues tho. Hopefully the stRaw will solve my issues cuase I get madder by the day because the truck won’t run right!

Is there a way to lower the psi on a Fass 150? I have 20 psi at idle and 18.5 WOT and would like to see 15 wot and 17 18 at idle. Iv heard of a different pressure spring? Link? Thanks

Will a sump do the same as a Draw straw as far as eliminating the air leak that is entering the fuel line?

Have you troubleshooted for the codes?

I still have a non slipping stock clutch and I have had a Edge ez Edge Juice and Qaudzilla ADR and now 75hp injectors and never slipped it yet.

Well guys I get home this afternoon from Georgia. Draw Straw should be there ready to install!

Not worth the price. Will 35s keep mpg the same or lower it? I’m not terribly worried about rpms as much as mpg and noise. I’m all good w Th running 60mph for mpg but I need to be able to quiet the darn truck lol. It’s mainly engine noise. Exhaust has a very slight drone nothing crazy loud. Anyone ever tried to quiet down there motors?
