Thinking my ddrp is taking a crap on me. Hopped in this morning and had 11 or 12 psi at idle and usually have 18 or 19. Wot is usually 12 14 now is 8 or less... Thinking that could be my power thief when I was pulling the trailer?

I think I had level 5 and 6 on sub level 5 and the rest on 4. Would that still cuase the doginess?

I believe the sub level was on 4

I was building 25 ton30 psi egts never hit over 900

It was pretty smoky I didn’t pay a whole lot of attention to that though.

Hooked up a trailer with one ton of hay and turned down the Juice to level 3. It was very sluggish gettin up to speed on he highway. What should I look for? It was fine after i unhooked the trailer

Sorry I should have been more specific .. apparently the valve lash had something to do with the power. It seems to have been working well for he last however long it’s been since I did it. Seems like it has all he power it should... I would like to try some more custom tuning with the qaudzilla and also likentoo be able to tune for bigger injectors soon... haha

I understand what you are saying. Thinking that the best thing I could do is switch back to the qaudzilla now that my issues are solved ... I liked it until i started having issues and blamed it on the qaudzilla which was wrong. Thoughts?

I’m amazed because I hear all sorts of good things about smarty and turn around to hear that they are nothing but crap! I’m so confused... Qaudzilla Xzt?

What are he symptoms of a dying Vp44? Current one has 15 k on it the P.O. put it on a while ago in 2014 I think... as you know I have been having power issues but now it’s been fine lately. Not gonna be surprised if it comes back though. This was my next concern with the power issue. Is there a way to test the pump?

Redid the valve adgustments and so far it sounds way better! I haven’t got to drive it yet though...

Yep I will ! Is it ok to drive like it is?? Also do I want the feeler gauge to be tight in there or slide freely?

Adjusted the valves and I think I screwed up. Much different idle like a very small lope not very smooth. I’ll have to try again tomorrow night... will it hurt anything if I drive to work with it like that??

How to test for this?

Would AC noise cuase a dead pedal?

I did not do that. I’ll do that tonight if I can. One thing I want to check is if the wiretap has a good connection the power surge makes me think thT that may have something to do with it

Something else happened to me today. I pulled out on the highway and felt a sudden surge of power and it stopped almost instantly! What is this? Fuel pressures are good

Splitter is not letting juice and scan gauge connect at the same time.

We will be checking the boost cooler when I get my splitter This happened before I changed the sensor...
