  1. I’m thinkin the same... I believe it drops maybe 1 or 2 psi when tapping the throttle.
  2. Where do you pipe the air in on the tank?
  3. Hmm I am stumped too. I am cleaning terminals and ends on batterys and cables very well and tightening hem down well and we will see what that does. I did notice that the battery tie downs and one terminal were pretty loose. I will then take it out and hit the brakes good and see what happens....
  4. Ok the kick panel has absolutely zero corrosion and if I’m seeing he right thing there is none on the other ground. About the unplugged wire do you know what is it?
  5. That does help some but I’m still not sure if the pic I sent is the ground?
  6. Having trouble finding grounds. Is this the kick panel ground? Where is the dash ground? I also found his wire unplugged. But I don’t see anywhere it is supposed to be plugged in.
  7. http://www.jegs.com/i/Bosch-Actron/885/CP7838/10002/-1 Is this tester ok for Diesel engines? Where to blow the air in?
  8. I will try to test in both places. If the lp isn’t bad which I suspect it is I’ll upgrade fuel lines and banjos. I think it’s the lp because of drop in psi but it could be injectors too.
  9. Right now I’m guessing that my hard starting issue is fuel related. What do you think?
  10. Could AC noise cuase it too crank longer? I’m going to test the alternator tonight
  11. If I find out that my lp is bad I’ll be getting a dtt assasin mechanical pump with half inch lines. Until then I have to test and find out if it’s bad or not. So would you hook up at test port on filter canister?
  12. Looking to buy a fuel pressure tester. Will a 12 mm banjo bolt adapter work where the stock banjo is too test pressure??
  13. So best bet is to check dash panel and kick panel grounds? Like you said they are going out and coming right back when I let off the brake. Could his also cuase harder starts?
  14. When I hit my brakes hard all my lights and radio and everything went out and came back as soon as I let off the pedal. Does this mean electriacal short?
  15. One other question. Are new connecting tubes necessary for new injectors?
  16. Defiantly something wrong with he truck. It’s running a little rough at idle and wot and fuel psi dropped to 9 11 at wot and 16 at idle. Plan is too test fuel pressure and either pull the trigger on new injectors or try to have someone test them. Any other suggestions?
  17. Guys can I buy a pop pressure tester anywhere?
  18. I think you have seen my other thread about the turbo swap? I’m going to get 7x0.010 eventuallly so I may let these be until I get the turbo in? Like you said it’s prob not worth the time too remove and ship them for testing. This may have nothing to do with it but I’m seeing plenty of blue smoke on startvup around 25to 35 degrees. Problably normal...
  19. How do you test them? Pop test?
  20. Vp was replaced like 2 or 3 yds ago and only has 15k miles on it. I’m thinking mYbe injectors cuase they are stock original ones. Driving home from work last night I felt my truck very lightly surge every few seconds. Nothing bad at all but it was there. Are these symptoms of injectors?
  21. Do you have a recommendation for filter? I hand calculated my mpg last night at fill up and I averaged 12.2 mpg. Is that rotten or what? What should I be lookin at? Seems like with a Juice it would go up some? There is no place to tap where my sender is!
  22. Another member here told me the key to long lasting fuel systems is filtration which is why I said they were no good. I’m torn between Fass and Dtt now because if I feel like I need filters I’m going to get a Fass but I would also like to tr a mechanical lift pump...
  23. Guys I want to try a dtt assasin mechanical pump. But I’ve been told I need aftermarket filters because stock aren’t good enough. Is there a upgrade to the stock one so I wouldn’t have to buy a Fass?
