Little update I took the truck in to the local trans shop ( they rebuild my trans last year ) we drove it with a scanner on it live and the TPS sensor was all over the place at almost steady throttle pedal at 1330 rpm the tps was between 64% - 95% open and that causes the tq converter to go on and off like crazy I am buying a filter or what some people call the sponge I think that should be my best solution

  21. Today I found out I have a smaller than usual tank I looked at a 2500 5.9l gasser for a second plow truck and it had a tank almost double the size of mine I had both trucks stand side by side and I crawled under the gasser to check for rust etc and I was shocked of the tank size :stuned:wish I had a bigger tank

  23. that sounds better now I can go buy come antifreeze for next weekend's project, this will be my first time changing antifreeze in a diesel which means long wait till coolant bubbles out etc. I use a easy fill funnel that just hooks to the radiator cap and you let the car run till antifreeze blows out all air while bubbling wonder how long I have to wait on the truck next weekend
