I’m back at college now so all i got is my laptop with windows 10 so I’m gunna have to try it by going through the windows 10 steps. Maybe that will work if not I’ll try disable the UAC on my home computer next weekend when i go back.

@Mopar1973Man I’m curious as to what level you are running your mpg tune on? Also do you still have 50hp injectors or did you change?

So I’m trying to get the new flash on my quad. When I push the “run admin” button on step 2 it pulls up the black box and starts the count down. When its finished it shows this screen saying the driver failed Also it shows this screen when I first try to run the program. Don’t know if it means anything but..

So when I go to “run as admin” the black box comes up and it starts the countdown. But it says that the driver failed to install? And I can’t connect to my quad to connect to retrieve information. Did I do something wrong? I have windows 7 so I went to step 2 and followed it Also right after i hit “run as admin” this pops up and I hit accept. Don’t know if it had anything to do with my problem but..

When I plug my quad into the computer it makes a connection noise then a couple seconds later makes the same noise again. Like it keeps on connecting and disconnecting. Also when I got into install the flash the wizard thing won’t pop up when I hook the quad it to install a driver on my computer

I have the 2.7 version selected in the vehicle selection tab. How do you use the download to get the update? maybe im doing it something wrong. this is my first time doing a download for the quad. Do i hook up my device or the box itself?

So how do I get the mpg setup to work? I have the gauge on my screen but it won’t register any numbers?

So I downloaded this file on my android tablet and when I go to open it it says “no app can open this attatched file for viewing”. What software needs to be downloaded to get this new update? ***EDIT*** I got it working. Can’t wait to test out the MPG setting and get that calibrated. Should be a really cool and useful feature

Mines the same way. Sometimes takes a while to get it connected so I can see my gauges

Just this morning my whenever I would open up my iquad app it would show the guage screen for 5-10 seconds then say “unfortunately iquad has stopped working”. It’s been doing it all day and getting very annoying. I just deleted the app and am currently re installing it to see if that helps. Already un hooked the quad and let it sit for a while but that didn’t help.

Re-set my APPS and it still kicks into high idle after it has warmed up

Ok so if a got a high idle kit that turned it into 3 cyl. I would just leave my quad high idle off correct? With my remote start I like it with the quad because high idle will automatically come on and I don’t gotta flip a switch which defeats the purpose of the remote start if I gotta walk out their anyways ?

Alright I’ll have to do that. Also does the quadzilla high idle make it a 3 cylinder or is it just all 6 at high rpm? I noticed how moose man said he could touch his front 3 cylinder manifold and it wouldn’t be very hot. Well I tried that today and my hands a little red now... ?

Had to replace my one of my batteries today because the truck didn’t want to start this morning even after being jumped.(yes while it was being jumped I unhooked the adrenaline module). Now when the truck is up to operating temp the high idle will not shut off! It’s set to 145 and when I’m at operating temp 190 at a light it will still kick on even when I turn high idle off! I’m hoping it just will relearn after a few key on and offs but was wondering if anybody else has experienced this?

I’m not sure how long the overboost has been on their. It never set of my check engine light. Would it be m apps or my tps? The code said it was the tps

So it was the throttle position sensor wasn’t agreeing with the volts. I’ll watch it and see if it happens again or if was a certain bump that set it off ?‍♂️ And it had the typical overboost code but it was the tps that set the light off

So I’ve had my quadzilla on for the past 3 weeks I’d say. It’s been great. Really woke up the truck. Today I was on my way back from a 2hr long drive picking up an air dog 150. When I was 5min away from my dorm going roughly 45mph just normal driving/cruising my check engine light came on and the truck went down to 800 (roughly around idle speed) rpms and I had no power. Pulled over to the side and let it idle for a while and then I slowly drove away and it’s been driving fine. Haven’t been able to check the code yet but will run to oriellys tomorrow to get it checked ( wish you could check codes from the iquad but not a big deal). Has anybody else had an issue like this? I’m trying to figure out if it’s quadzilla related or just my trucks issue. All insight in appreciated, thanks in advance!

I see that you say your engine load is about 25% while going 65mph. I looked at mine and at 65 I’m going back and fourth from 30-40%. Is this normal or could I have a loose connection somewhere? It was really windy when I checked so maybe that could have something to do with it. I see it that cruising adv. maxes out at 40% and didn’t know if it was safe to put it at 40%.

When I’m at 80mph I’m at 18.5 degree of timing. When I go to bump that up to 19 or 20 do I change my cruising adv. by .5 or do I up my rpm timing for that rpm I will be at? I’m a bit confused on that. I’ve changed one or the other and haven’t noticed any change in timing

I did what you suggested to change on my mpg tune and now I’m getting 14.59 instead of the 16.9 I was getting ? it did not like that! I’ll have to fiddle with it some more Here is my timing while cruising going 80mph

How do you like those 200hp? I’ve got a buddy selling some 200’s and I’m currently running stocks

Haven’t been paying attention to the rpm range, but it’s under hard acceleration where it should be black smoke but is coming out as grey which I don’t know why because I haven’t changed the tune. So I’m just gunna run the mpg tune til I get studs then I’ll mess with it
