Speed Hut Gauges
I've got dipricol's and isspro. Slowly been going over to isspro as the dipricols wear out, haha. Only had one burn out on me so far. So I've got 2 dipricols and 2 isspros. I'm liking the isspros. The dipricols seem to be great, but definitely not as bright. Although, I think it was killer, the guy who had the 3cyl high idle issue at sub below temps, I notices he had some pretty nice looking gauges. Hes running these: http://www.glowshiftdirect.com/MaxTow-Truck-Gauge-Series.aspx If I was in the market for some, I'd probably would be replacing mine with these.

Someone has gun and dun it!!!!
Its only a thought, but my reasoning would be, anytime a station wants to sell diesel, give us our own area... Don't put a gas and diesel pump together! Fred Meyers, Safeway, etc. are such places I have gone that do not do this.

Someone has gun and dun it!!!!
Theres been plenty of times I have circled the station looking for a diesel pump. Everytime there was a person at the diesel pump filling their gas, I just give them the stink eye! They look at me with a smell of fear. The legs shake and the tail curls in between their legs...

Fuel and Boost Gauges IN!!
Well, it could. If your MAP sensor is working properly, the ECU should see that it is getting more boost than stock parameters and should defuel.

High Idle Kit Is Here
Unfortunately, IIRC, you will not be able to recalibrate your speedo for your tire size. Because of the catcher software, once you remove the smarty, your settings go back to stock. When you load a smarty onto a vehicle, the smarty "disables" itself and it can not be perpetually used to load onto other vehicles until the original is put back to stock.

Source: http://www.prisonplanet.com/eyewitness-to-hitler-warns-keep-your-guns-and-buy-more-guns.html FELLA'S! Call me a whacko, nut-job, whatever, I'll be anything you want me to be. I'll do it to my last dying breathe! Pause here, for a moment, and REALLY let this sink in for all of us! Think about how relevant this is to our times! If you agree, we need to be doing better at preparing. Is this something that we can honestly say we will be victorious over? This is not like our founding fathers' time...

Fuel and Boost Gauges IN!!
By his picture, the previous owner's mod is there version of a boost elbow. A bad one, at that! Like you said, atleast the elbow will open it up before it causes problems...

Fuel and Boost Gauges IN!!
I've got an extra boost elbow if you want it. But if you use it to produce boost over a certain amount, you will get a CEL and throw an overboost code. IIRC, there is an boost fooler mod you can do without buying a chip.

Fuel and Boost Gauges IN!!
IMHO, don't waste your time with an EZ. Get a COMP and be done with it. I have a boost elbow on mine and with what I have, I have ran 35psi of boost on my stock turbo. I can't really seem to get it to go more then that, haha. A boost elbow is going to cause you to run MORE boost. It restricts the amount of air that flows to the wastgate.

Fuel and Boost Gauges IN!!
Hmm, for an HO I would have expected a liitle more in boost... Not saying anything is wrong, but just an observation. You've got the basics, now its time to ante' up!

something wrong with my truck?
I would get ahold of a proper resistor and see if it does it again. Note the ambient air temperature as well. Because if you fool the truck to thinking its colder than it really is, and nothing happens, then maybe my theory is correct... Its probably a long shot, but heck, don't start looking at pulling trigger on injectors, etc. quit yet until you know for sure.

Diesel fuel, School me!
Took me a little to find it: http://www.cumminsforum.com/forum/general-diesel-discussion/164414-picking-fuel-stop.html

High Idle Kit Is Here
Swweeeet! Looks good. So, you said you were going to do a writeup on this too, right? Are any of the connections going to interfere with an edge comp, etc? I think the knob could be of a different style...

19.5's on the way!!
Wow! I was trying to find a site that would give me such data on wheels so I could figure out weight capacities, etc... 4500, thats alot for a wheel!

something wrong with my truck?
Hmm, never seen that before. I wonder if its still too cold to the point that the 3 that are firing do not produce enough energy to overcome everything to keep it running. So when it goes back into 3 cyl high does it try to stall again or does it work?

Diesel fuel, School me!
Yep, all you should really ever be getting around your parts is #2 and bio-diesel. Bio-diesel can be a real iffy thing. Be careful with that aspect. Some places have atleast 5% bio in their fuel, but it will be stated what % they have if any. B99 or B100 is almost all bio-diesel and be careful if you find it and use it. Your truck should be okay using it, but also consider it will clean your fuel system so well that it may plug your fuel filters. As well, newer trucks, some cannot handle any blend of bio. If the fuel has been sitting in the store tanks or your tank, you also may develop an algea in your fuel from the bio-diesel. There are products out there to prevent this or cure it, but you may be left stranded. NEVER fill up at a truckers pump. The fuel lines are bigger and have a higher flow rate. It may be cool to fill up with the big boys, but you may end up paying for it! Just go to a local, regular fuel station for small vehicles and get your diesel there.

Now, I dunno if this is something the fire dept. I was with adapted for its efficiency or what; But they just have a plastic baggy full of dry-chem that they will drop down the flue and it apparently works wonders. After that, all they gotta do is just look for fire extension in the attic, etc.

Caliper Brake Bracket
Huh? Maybe the '99 and newers are different? Mine is an allen style head...

Winter Storage
Yea, I have never used terminal protection of any sort. But just recently, my batteries have gotten corrosion on it. So I cleaned 'em up and bought the spray. Works great...

Caliper Brake Bracket
Ehhm, the only thing I have had to torque on this truck so far with a torque of more than 150lbs. was the axle nuts. What bolts are you speaking of specifically? The 4 bolts that hold the assembly to the spindle?
