Quadzilla Adrenaline V2 Testing

I don't think anyone would.  I was looking at that third gen setup in the dash a while back and the only way that I could justify that is if I have a data plan for the Ipad and could use it like I use my phone with the radio.  That is one thing I wish we had more options with.

And I know that there are those out there who have modified their dash to accept the double din units, but I don't think I would ever even consider it being that I've had my dash out and I know just how fragile the entire thing is so more cutting is not something that would help that.

Did some harsh testing this weekend , still have the engine intact :), but my boost sensor is reading 2psi minimum. is it just time for one ? or how can it go bad with you guys running 60psi or better, I hit 45-47 max which is a bit much for a stocker. I cleaned it but it doesn't change still reads 2psi, from there on it matches my mechanical guage.

Cleaning sensors does nothing... It NEVER fixes any problems.

The stock sensor only goes so far any ways. I know it won't make 60 PSI.

Those pressures won't hurt the map sensor. Put mine into the Low 70s multiple times and never had an issue.

Stock 02 sensor will go to 62psi.

I don't think it accurate to 62 PSI. The best I've hear is about 40-45 PSI its starts to drift.

It's right on with my fuel pressure sensor which is good to 100psi. Have you ever seen one that high in person?

I'm talking about the Cummins MAP sensor. Not your boost gauge. As for mine, I've push well into the 40's a few times now with the Quadzilla. As far as what I done research on more people lose accuracy after about 40-45 PSI.

As am I. The stock MAP follows the "fuel" pressure sensor up to 60 just fine. All 3 of my gauges are very close to each other.

Man you guys are .... funny least to say, I take it I need a new sensor then, luckily I bought one so I have it but not so lucky it's a wrong one, got it from cummins, gave them engine # and paid like 90 buck I think, so hoping they will exchange it for a right one. it's been few months now. The one I got is  4921505

Fun fact.... The 02 sensor is no longer made. You have to use an 01 sensor with an adapter.

True...I've got my old 02 sensor because I thought I had a bad one come to find out the stealth plate nut came loose. So I kept the old 02 Sensor and install the 01 sensor and the adapter.

One thing I forgot to mention is I also have a Turbo symbol above a needle and it's yellow what does that mean, is that a part of having a faulty  map sensor

I think the yellow means low fuel pressure. Not sure why it makes the turbo symbol yellow though.

That's my 1 gripe right now.... that dang fuel pressure sensor. I can't seem to root my phone to delete the code that makes it yellow, so I'll have to wait until quad comes out with a v2 no fuel pressure warning on the list of vehicles.
