    I am looking for some help with my tune, I am currently running the Economy Tune 7 x .010@320 Bar 1.0.1 the mid range and top end seem to work fine the issue I have is when driving 45-50 and 47RE( rebuilt triple disk billet 1,250 stall) in OD converter locked the engine surges seems to be over fueling slight throttle turbo cleans up with large black smoke and runs fine. Second question I have emailed the data logging, I see many of the features on my main screen and on data log(example boost) but when I export the data shows 0.0 Thank you for any help iQuad-2019-03-16-06.49.11.csv

  2. brothers. i have a 2002 Dodge Ram 3500, 5.9 Cummins, twin turbo (66/75), cam, fire ring head, 300hp injectors, hot rod pump, methane, suncoast to put it down, and a Quadzilla V2. I am getting way too much smoke and way too much lag. it sucks. I live in Miami and can't find a soul to tune my truck. so I am reaching out here, hoping to find someone willing to point me in the right direction in setting up my Quadzilla. Also, sadly, if i set the level above 1 (say 2, 3, 4,5,, or 6), she bogs down. PLEASE HELP. FUUUDGE

    Hey guys anyone on here have any experience with the 4k's I have the hard fuel tune and I keep messing with it but can't seem to get the spool up like I had before I got the 4k mod done, I don't know if anybody has any tunes I could download all help is appreciated

    I just got done installing the quadzilla on my truck and went to the quadzilla tune builder to help build tunes. I did a daily, tow and race tune. I started in the daily tune and it would not allow me to go over like 1200 rpm. So I changed tunes to the tow, it went fine. Changed to the race tune, it also ran very nice. Switched back to the daily tune and it still will not let me go over 1200 rpm. Now no matter what tune I’m in, they all do the same thing and will not let me go over 1200 rpm. I changed nothing. I also have no idea how too datalog.

    I've been trying to dedicate time to tuning my truck and after pulling data logs today on a few different tunes I want to get opinions on why my timestamps don't line up because I think that's skewing my graphing results.     Yeah, I decided to check the WOT and boost pressure. Funny it reports my maximum boost pressure of 61 PSI. My ISSPro gauge shows barely 47 PSI maxed out running this gauge is correct. I know that this is all MAP sensor error. I figure I'd share this tidbit.

    Well finaly got my qaudzilla back. They replaced the circuit board and sent a brand new wiring harness.Reinstalled it last night and now have some different issues. First off i now have a whining noise at all times that follows engine rpm. Second my truck idles a bit more rough with it installed and when free revving the engine at about between 1k and 2k rpm there is a dead spot in the rpm band. i can stomp it at idle and it will just drop out and come right back. When returning the tune level to zero it idles and revs perfect. Wht the heck is going on? This is stock v2 tuning as well. Havnt started the custom stuff yet. The rpm issue also does it under load.     Ok, so my truck has an electrical draw (among the myriad of other things) so I went to start it yesterday, and the batteries were dead. I hooked up a charger to the passenger side and let the charger trickle charge all night. Still wouldn't start today. I had a friend bring over a big wheeled battery charger, and hooked it up, but remembered I needed to disconnect the adrenaline adr box first. I did, got the truck to start, let it idle for about 20 minutes to charge the batteries, then shut it down and hooked up the adr box.     I recently installed the new quadzilla v2 and I had set my turbo timer up for time instead of it being based off EGT’s because I haven’t installed the egt probe yet. It worked for 2 days and now it will not work. What do I do or need to check?

    I've been using the tunes off here for a bit just to see how my truck reacts, and so far she has less smoke than before. But I'd like to make my own tune, I'm just not sure where to start? As stated my truck has 150hp injectors, and a 63mm(i think) turbo, and cam. Where would you guys start with the tune? I'm really trying to understand the Quadzilla tuning guide, but I'd like a bit of guidance if possible. I don't want to nuke my engine running too lean or wash it out running too rich. I'm pretty sure my injectors are ok, it's just tuning at this point.

    To start off with, I have a 2002 Cummins 6 speed. I've done a few modifications to it, such as 200 hp injectors and compound turbos. I have a 62 over a s475. I've been running the quadzilla for about a year now and have really loved it. I had a edge juice with attitude before and it is almost night and day difference between the two. However, I've been experiencing some bucking issues. I've tried adjusting different settings and just can't seem to get rid of it. It tends to happen in 4th gear and low rpms such as 1000 to 1200 rpm range. It also only does it on acceleration. When it starts doing it, I just back out of the throttle till it stops and then can get right back …

  16. This thread is for the results of the testing of the differnece pop pressure at the same size. ANY REPLIES NOT ON TOPIC AND OR WITHOUT DATA WILL BE DELETED. I will be running 3 sets of DAP injectors first set at 305 bar, next at 330 and the last at 350 bar. We are going to compare real world situtations and what the pros and cons are of increasing pop pressure. All tests will be datalogged and video taped if applicable.     Hi, I have a stock 99 Cummins that has a intank lift pump(before I owned the truck) I recently put the iQuad on and when I created a tune, I can upload my tune if need be, but I would be about 13psi of boost then slowly give it throttle it will just jump up to about 25/27psi. The truck almost bucks, but once you pass that “surging” point it pulls very hard. What would make it jump psi so fast? And no I do not a have a fuel pressure gauge.

    Im having trouble with my initial set up. I started with a mid hp injector tune from here and I believe I’m still too rich even with starting fueling at 60% (level 3, not even messing with pump tap). I don’t have big black smoke now but I have significant dark gray smoke under heavy throttle until 24 psi. Light to medium throttle is better and clears up at 17psi. Interestingly I’m coming from a smarty custom tune set up that also had the same issues which is one of the reasons I switched. This doesn’t seem right. Also wierd is I did the valet level 1 testing and I had trouble finding a starting point (even after I figured out that I needed to reload the tune after I cha…

    Updated my Quadzilla to v2 version and now high idle doesn't work. If I enable high idle and delay is 40 seconds truck high idles few seconds and shuts down and doesn't start before I wait couple of minutes power off. Seems like lift pump doesn't work after that high idle attempt!

    Well i managed to buy a quadzilla adrenaline... I think its a v1 can I still make tunes on a v1? Is It worth buying the iquad adapter? And anything i should know about when i first set it up on my truck?? I saved alot of money compared to buying new and import tax etc to the UK.. any advice is much appreciated
