My dash is cracked (nothing new I know) AND I was going to replace with the one Geno sells BUT, Genos has them on back order AND I need to replace my heater core before the weather turns cold. Genos Link: http://www.genosgarage.com/prodinfo.asp?number=DRD8-1 Geno is keeping the manufacturer a secret. wholesalemopar.com wants ~ $500 delivered. What other sources are there for a dash, not a dash cap?

I know a couple guys on here don't understand how these things work so one of the ones I got was crap so I took it apart to show you guys how they worked. A positive and negative energize that big coil and it produces a magnet that pulls that contact in so it contacts the other terminal, then springs back when you turn off power to the coil.

Hey everyone, I'm tossing around the idea of changing out my Autometer gauges for Glow Shift ones because the Glow Shift ones have some neat lighting!! My question is what do you guys think about that? Are the Glow Shift gauges good? I don't want to lose quality for looks... Plus my Autometer fuel pressure gauge has a little ding in it from the previous owner which isn't a big deal, just a little cosmetic problem... And all of them work just to level things out. These are what I have right now: These are what I'm looking at: http://forum.mopar1973man.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=1816&d=1285716419 Thanks, Winslow

While driving today i hit a dip in the road, and -- i was just enjoying the outside air through the vent fan. After hitting the dip my air changed to real hot air just like i turned the heat control up.The truck blew a fuse, and the door locks quit working all at the same time.Something is not right, but have no idea what. Turned off the vent fan because the air conditioner wouldn't work either, and replaced the fuse to the door locks, now everything works.Guess I'll have to watch those dips in the road.

Hey guys, Okay surfing around the internet and on this site (Mike's truck), I've been inspired to add some lights to my rig. I'm going to get the Napa 50-620w-3 light housings with the 50w bulbs in them. I've thought about adding the 100w 4509 bulbs but think I'll wait for now as I feel the two 50 watts lights will be plenty for me at this time. So what I want to do is run the lights to a switch so I can have them flip on by the switch separately or come on with the high beams.... Is this possible?? Or should I say possible without running a million wires everywhere? What they look like: http://www.yotatech.com/f127/auxiliary-back-up-lamps-75744/ And just in case yo…

i recently got my truck on the road after replacing my ecm. everything worked just fine except my cruise control. It went nutty at the same time everything else did. the cruise light burns all the time but will not set. none of the the other controls function either.I replace the clockspring while i was trying to find the original problem. there are no codes thrown either. thought i might have connected the wires backwards in the steering wheel so i reversed them, no change. Any body got any ideas?

I've got a plow for my '01 2500 QCSB, but haven't installed it yet.. It's a listed weight of 650# (8ft poly). I'm about to put a 2" leveling kit on this week. I've got 200# of ballast for the bed (suggested by plow manufacture, to be placed 8" from tailgate, inside the bed), but I'm curious as to what else I need to look into, prior to hitching up..Suggestions?

I took this compressor apart because it was leaking through the bolts (I'm thinking the 2 that have green inside the threads, top left/top right). The gasket on it looks fine so I am wondering how it was leaking. Can I get a new gasket for it or will that not fix the problem? Can I put some thread sealant on the bolts maybe?

So there are 2 ways to adjust the door as far as I can tell and neither of them seem to "adjust" because of this one non-adjustable bolt. Here are pics of the mounts on the door and the cowl and the circled bolt is set, it can't be adjusted as far as I can tell. I thought maybe the slots would pivot around that bolt or something but they are slotted to where they go towards or away from that red circled non adjustable bolt, so it can't move around in the slots because of that. So how are you supposed to adjust them?
