  2. Would any of you guys and gals be willing to give aid to a fellow forum owner? RamForum.com can use some information and tales from you guys and gals. Their diesel database is rather empty and its really hard to attract anyone to visit a forum if the forum areas are empty. So I'm going to be aiding RamForums.com and getting them jump started with information. Is there any other people willing to jump in with me? I got to admit after wondering through their site they have a huge wealth of Gasoline power Ram information... So come follow me and give them a hand gang... www.ramforum.com http://www.ramforum.com/f65/

Just want to vent about this, cause honestly it boiled my blood a bit. I have been in the same line of work for 11 years. I am a chef. For sometime I was doing 2 full time jobs cause my wife lost hers. We made it but barely. I have two kids, well dressed and fed. I don't receive any assistance from the government, do not owe taxes, have no delinquent bills or bad credit. So they hire a house keeper at my work, mind you this is about as low as you can go for my company. It is a minimum wage job, in fact it is the only job in the company that starts at minimum wage. She pulled in for her first days work in a Hummer. Ok, now I don't like to assume there has…

  7. Today I was watching the news and seen this. The FBI has a free APP incase something happens to your kids or grandkids, like in the shopping mall and they disappear. The only issue is this is free and 'only' for the iPhones …. 'at this time'. They are in the process of making the APP for all the other smart phones on the market. This is worth looking into or knowing about for when it's available to your style phone if you feel it's needed. From what I understand, you keep the app handy in your phone, the info for each kid is kept in 'your phone only', you can update it as needed and handy if they disappear. Then, instead of trying to get the information or de…

Sister went off to a big university specializing in engineering stuff so I took up the opportunity, told work I had better things to do, and went to the library there, which was practically a mall. I went straight to the engineering section that had to do with dynamics. First one is called design of machinery. I thought it was good enough there but I got home and looked at the table of contents and geeeeeeeeez, it has hundreds of pages on engine dynamics that deal with everything on the engine like the cam and flywheel and pistons and configurations and balance and hell I should just copy the contents page. I have been very interested in all that crap because they have…

  9. As the title says I am in need of designing a schedule for 5 day work week 2 shifts 10 hour each.4 mechainics,2 welders and 2 electricians per shift, 1 supervisor to rotate with each shift and work 4 10's as well with 2 fill in supervisors "One of which may be 1 of the 8 workers on that shift to make it even more difficult" to fill in for regular supervisors1 day per week per shift off. need it to work out so all will work 40 hours a week and there will always need to be a minimum 3 mechanics and 1 each electrician and welder scheduled for all 5 days.I think a rotating day off every week is the most fair way also, example would be monday off this week next week one woul…

I'm sorry but I have to vent. I just learn on the news someone is pushing for a bill to be passed to extend a civil rights for poor people to get free cell phones. FREE cell phones ?Ain't nothing free. It appears everyone that has a cell phone would have a tax added to their cell bills to support this. If you read your bills, there's a list of taxes you pay each month that is a long as your arm. I feel for the people that are classed as poor, and I understand some need assistance. But I've seen people on assistance with Iphones and other electronics that are wifi users, and their equipment far exceeds mine, which I pay monthly out of my own pocket without any government a…

I took the parents to Nashville on Wednesday, so they could enjoy a few days of vacation with my brother and sister, since they went to Pigeon Forge, Tn without me! Nashville was the half way point to meet! So we (the parents an I) were cruising along and we stopped for a restroom break at a lil conveince store! While waiting my turn to use the restroom, I was walking around the store and found Bad Byron's Butt rub, for cooking boston butts! I looked at it, and took the picture! Sent it to a few female friends an asked if it the saying of their slogan was true, an if I could try it out! Well needless to say I have received some funny responses!:lmao:

Started my day out spraying the first vineyard, completed that. Did the second vineyard and about 3/4 way done and look down at my feet and I have hydraulic fluid all over my feet. Stop the tractor, tear it down and go and get a 50 cent o-ring. Put the tractor back together and a bolt snaps for my 3 point hitch hydraulics. Tear the tractor down again and use an easy out to get the bolt out and it snaps inside the drill hole. I am done for the day! Problem is when I wake up in the morning I still have a BIG problem to fix!

Put me in charge … Put me in charge of food stamps. I’d get rid of Lone Star cards; no cash for Ding Dongs or Ho Ho’s, just money for 50-pound bags of rice and beans, blocks of cheese and all the powdered milk you can haul away. If you want steak and frozen pizza, then get a job. Put me in charge of Medicaid. The first thing I’d do is to get women Norplant birth control implants or tubal ligations. Then, we’ll test recipients for drugs, alcohol, and nicotine and document all tattoos and piercings. If you want to reproduce or use drugs, alcohol, smoke or get tats and piercings, then get a job. Put me in charge of government housing. …

I'm switching jobs and the place I'm going is brand new ran by a lot of guys I know with really good reputations, but they are in the process of getting health insurance. I am kinda wondering how much it actually is to get my own for the time being, being accident prone and all. I would like to hear some options, prices, etc.. I could probably just call an insurance place but I know everyone here has been through them all and could save me a lot of headache. I know it would be relatively cheap since the place I am with said I was really cheap since I'm only 21, but I have no clue on prices so no clue on what relative prices even are. It would be nice to have some goo…
