Replaced the OEM one yesterday afternoon with a new one from AutoZone. I tell you; nothing lasts anymore, only 226,xxx miles/11years and this thing craps out on me!!

Weep hole was plugged with dirt/**** etc. The rubber O-ring was broken thru in one spot once I got her out. Don't know if I tore it removing it though; as I had to take a wood dowel and place it on the water pump to break it free from the block. I didn't wack it hard, just tapped to break the 11 year old dirt seal on the thing. Once I saw that it moved from the block, it came out easily.
Cleaned up the mounting area, put a very light coat of grease on the O-ring, and re-installed.
I did remove tension on the serpentine belt, and removed the OEM air filter box to gain some elbow room to get my big hands and wrenches in there!!
No extra parts left over, and no leaks either!!!
