So after talking with customer support and getting my Adrenaline updated to V2 on the 4k box I decided to start building a tune. I started with Nicks DD tune and a started my test drive. Only made it a couple hundred yards and iQuad froze, to the point it locked up my tablet. I dont want to call Zilla back and waste their time since there is a plethora of knowledge here. is there an update for the app I need or is it a tune related error?

I got another drop on Thursday that looks very promising. I'm just doing some testing on it today and tomorrow then we will release it for Beta testing and then when it looks good we will push it out.

I sat there for a good 5 minutes today changing power levels with that apk and it would not freeze.

I didn't get it uploaded to mopar1973man.com yesterday but will try to get it uploaded today. 

 

I went to install a custom tune this morning and the app told me that 33/43 variable didn’t load. Anybody else ever have that issue? 

Are you running the current flash on the Quadzilla? Is your iQuad app up to date?

I believe everything is up to date 

What does the build date sensor read when connected?

I’m not sure what that is or where to find it

Data log menu item in the app.  connect to the truck, then go look at the data log, what does the build date show?

You can find it in the gauge palette or you can find it in the data-log like Me78569 mentioned above.

However, I will be very surprised if it has anything but 0. You are more than likely trying to run a V2 tune on a Legacy tuned Adrenaline. You need to update the Adrenaline box to the V2 tuning in order to use the V2 vehicle profile. 

My box is maybe 6 months old I just got the system. How do I update it? I figured it would be pretty much up to date 

It depends on what you ordered it with.  you can order the box with legacy tuning or V2 tuning.   If you did  not specify you prob got the old trusty 1000 series flash.

I ordered it through DAP with Injectors

What tune did you specify on the order form.

 

I just looked at the order notes for that order. I don't have the exact configuration but they were with 125HP injectors. 

You also for sure have the ADR2_1000 tune loaded by default on your Adrenaline. 

@Quadzilla Power how do I go about sending my box in to get the V2 update 

Yep. The default base level tune applied to Adrenaline units back in September was the ADR2_1000 tune. Unless you specifically asked for the V2 tune you would have had the ADR2_1000 tune loaded by default. That has since changed and now we are shipping all of them with the latest V2. 

 

In order to get your boxed updated, just send your box in to us with this form filled out.

When we get it we will test it and update your tuning. There is a $15+shipping fee associated with the testing.

You can send it in if you don't mind waiting, or you can do it yourself if you have windows 7, anything other then windows 7 gets to be tricky but @Me78569 has a wright up on it here 

After some fun times I did it myself, at work I still have windows 7 and it's much easier. Good luck, you'll love it .
