Ok so I drove about 65 miles round trip yesterday with a buddy and had no issues except for a few times I thought the truck stuttered a little but nothing to cuase any worry. I was driving home on the back roads and the truck all the sudden started sputtering like crazy and would almost die. I quickly pulled off and killed the engine and pulled out my code scanner. I couldn't find any codes but there was a P230 in the freeze frame section which is Fuel Pump primary circuit. I towed the truck back to my house and pulled into the garage and pulled out my multimeter but the multimeter wouldn't work right. IS there any way to verify the lp took a dump without doing the testing in the PO230 code instructions?

Iv got a couple questions... How often do you guys change your fuel filter and water separator on your Fass And Airdog units?

COuld the failing lift pump be why my 75hp injectors didn't feel very powerful? It seems like 75s should feel a little more power than a Can Bus tuner but they don't....

In theory they should. Depending on what tuner your running and what the fuel and timing map is like then how about boost fooling. Just a bad tune can make things feel weak and not as powerful.

Now that you mention boost fooling that is something I don't have because truck is bone stock besides the injectors right now. Strange I don't think about it earlier. Could very well be why they don't feel as powerful...

Bingo. So if the boost is rising over 18-19 PSI the defuel kicks in and it falls on its face. It will set a code after about 22 PSI of boost. The power is lost. With a boost fooler you should be able to reach about 25-30 PSI without much issue. I guess the Quadzilla is coming sooner eh?

My 50's are very noticeable in the lower rpm if I roll into the throttle, up high not so much since I have my Comp disconnected at the moment. It suffers like @Mopar1973Man describes.

What's the chance your old injectors were not the stock ones?

I'm sure they were stock. They were very gummed up... @Mopar1973Man maybe a Qaudzilla boost fooler! Id love to have an Adrenaline but dang I cant spend 700$ right now LOL... Plus if the fooler really wakes it up I might be happy with that amount of power for the time being...
