  • Kelly Blue Book is just a guide and not the Bible of what a vehicle is worth.  Like now, when the cost of fuel goes up no one wants a gas guzzler.  I remember with the last OPEC oil embargo, 1979-1980

  • Ya, I could see 20-22 easily around here. Maybe a touch more, but 35 is insane. Now that I typed it, I guess I see the difference between crazy and insane prices.

Damn nice truck in very clean condition. Barely used and not even broke in yet...

I agree, it's sweet, but dang, the price ...

Chances it's going to need injection pump and complete fuel system upgrades. Around 2 k. if you do it yourself. Possible trans and brake service with other minor things.

just looked at kelly blue book and the going normal price is roughly 10.8k to 12.6k for price.

And yet they sell for at least double that in that shape, at least around here.

Kelly Blue Book is just a guide and not the Bible of what a vehicle is worth.  Like now, when the cost of fuel goes up no one wants a gas guzzler.  I remember with the last OPEC oil embargo, 1979-1980, you couldn't give a new Cadilac away but the Blue Book said they were thousands   Everyone wanted one of those little Japanese cars; Datsuns and Toyotas.  I saw it twice, new Caddys on the side of the road burning most likely for the insurance money.  Then there are vehicles on the show room floor that sell for more than the monroney label.  So, a vehicle is worth what someone is willing to pay for it.

I know I've had offers of more than what I paid for mine a few times. I won't sell though. I'd be hard pressed to find another in as good of shape in ohio.

I have noticed lately alot of hot rods and go fast project cars going up for sale. With a performance engine your locked into high octane fuel which is even more expensive. Way to go Brandon!

Finding out what it means to own a second gen Cummins as compared to the newer trucks, inc. most newer brands, I bought an additional second truck to help beat the system of dealers with money shop vacs . Once I learn on one the second one to service gets easy for me.
