WT mod completed
2 pointsYes. Secret. When the battery voltage goes from 12.00 to 11.99 the voltage will drop to 8 and chime the CHECK GAGES light. In my truck the cigarette light is gone and I installed a dual USB port with volt gauge. It also shows the actual running voltage. No codes will be thrown till the batter voltage drops to near 10 volts then a low charging volt code will be thrown. After 8 volts the engine will die. None of the computers will function below 8 volts. I've got a 5A fuse on the blue wire. I've had the fuse work its way out and stop charging. Simply just squeezed the contacts slightly and re-install the fuse. Still in all the volt gauge will not be pointing at 14 any longer as soon as the fuse blows or in my case fell out. I've also got a 150A circuit breaker on the charge wire to the passenger battery. I've NEVER had that circuit breaker trip once yet. I've physically press the trip button and again the battery voltage drops from 14 (13.5 to 14.5 normally) to about 12 volts and continues to decline till either the circuit breaker is rest or the problem located. 431k miles and still rolling. The W-T ground wire mod and my PCM protection fuse has been working flawless for the last 2 to 3 years with no real issues.2 points

Reintroducing myself...
2 pointsI would like to make a follow up statement; despite my dissatisfaction for the asshats who took my truck ... I absolutely haven’t been happier.. life is fantastic... without looking I stumbled across the guy I was always suppose to be with... a guy who isn’t intimidated by the grease, and is a fellow garage dweller... we have successfully conquered more than a few houses together now (living and working in a construction site for months on end) and shockingly still like each other.. we have an adorable puppy who is spoiled beyond belief and makes us take a break every now and then to go for a hike ... I didn’t mean to share so much, just felt it necessary to share the positive as there is tooo much negative in the world these days2 points

Me personally I wouldn't use any kind of electric lift pump, my truck has a mechanical lift pump driven off of the crank pulley, I'll not say I've not had some concerns with it BUT I use a Caterpillar filter head and filter to 3 microns If a DTT or similar mechanical pump has a belt on it it pumps fuel end of, if the crank turns, no Dodge joker electrics involved, doesn't matter about the ECM, PCM or any other POS electrical junk engine turns it will pump1 point

DAP draw straw job done...... confusing to me why you call it a draw straw, I put a straw into a drink or I did, I'm too old to drink out of a straw, my grandkids use a straw tank suction, fuel tank suction tube, tank stand pipe, fuel suction line1 point

I know alot of folks that would have bet against that working. But much to my surprise and joy it worked out beautifully. Some of the best we have had out 47 we been married.1 point

2012 Range Rover...... not foreign to me but a right POS
I know what you're saying but it is a whole different ball game here, most that have been imported are 1500's, the people that buy them don't tow trailers full of wood/cows/horses/boats etc etc etc, due to fuel costs here they are just a car and usually never used for what they were designed for, here the work pickup is and it banes me to say always from Japan ie Mitsubishi, Nissan or Toyota or EU as the VW Amarok is everywhere, there is also other EU car makers getting into pickups even I think merc Ford have a range of r/h/d trucks but if the rest of Turds vehicles are anything to go by then thats a no. So for here a 1500 ram makes the rest look like toys He's seeing one tomorrow, 2000 2nd gen 1500 2wd 5.2 QCSB owner is driving up from Brighton maybe 200 plus miles, going to fill it with fuel and gas (it's on propane too which drops fuel costs by 1/2) and give him 2k. it will easily tow his work welding trailer (he starts working for himself next week and a RR is no more use than a chocolate fireguard) The ram has had a rear end rebuild as you do, trans has been rebuilt front end rebuilt and truck painted, my brother has told the owner who specialises in RR rubbish that I'll be looking it over and dropping my Modis on it and I've had 2gen ram for 18 years and If I find anything he takes it back.....1 point

my truck isn't allowed into certain cities without a penalty, London is one, Birmingham also and growing fast, Nottingham, Derby, petrol/gas to you guys isn't affected as yet, Gas (our gas/propane) no restrictions yet and 1/2 the cost of petrol, going to be a fine line on when my 24v gets sold before it is no longer drivable on our roads I need to judge max price before worthless0 points

0 pointsGet a hold of me I've got a one wire kill that it will not start. Then if you have the Quadzilla and level it on level 1 (Valet mode) and then set valet mode for like 10% it will still drive but barely. Its top speed is 20 MPH on my truck. Even another member here had a Quadzilla and they stole his truck and abandon the truck because of lack of speed. (Valet mode). I just had Eileen's car broken into just a short time ago. We figured since her car has an alarm it safe. NOPE! They broke out the window and stole my camera out of the back seat and the alarm NEVER went off.0 points
