  10. Just remember not to grind all the paint off the metal. You'll just make the problem worse. If there is any rust lightly sand then paint the bare metal to stop the rust and let it cure then install the CLEAN nut the nut will cut the paint off the threads and ground perfect. Why? Because it is super common out here to find the ground wire hanging off the ROTTEN metal and all from people bringing bare metal and not treating the metal so now that rust starts and the ground location is not destroyed. Please treat all the metal surface FIRST make sure its sealed just like the factory did! Then hook your ground up to that freshly painted stud.
  11. Some quick guidance on the Quadzilla. You will see about 204℉ to 210℉ coolant temperature on average. The bonus is the oil temperature measured at the test port on the oil filter head, you should be floating 165℉ to 175℉ in proper timing. Just a personal note, I'll be heading into getting a tuner for the 3rd Gen trucks and start building tunes for Common Rail engines in the near future.
  12. Actually they broke during loading my Goldwing years ago that broke down in Lewiston Idaho.
  13. Taillights. Im dying to see the finished truck. Any paint photos yet?
  14. I left the factory 190°F thermostat for a Gates 200°F and gained performance and MPG.

My adventure of having a second run at bladder cancer and going back and forth to chemo treatments and surgeries. "Titanium" the character, kept me going and helped me with depression and stress of the idea I might not make it. I've made several new friends and found a new way to enjoy life as I continue to dress up and do my Titanium makeup. I'm always taking my adventure out into the public and share my artwork with everyone!
