Water/Meth Injection for Better Fuel Mileage
What injectors are you upgrading to? VCOs or SACs? 150s? I'd be interested in how your mileage changed with bigger injectors. Also, I don't know too many daily driver guys running water meth. Track trucks and fifth wheel/goose neck trucks that haul 24/7 are the only ones I know of running injectables around here. The cost benefit just isn't there unless you haul for a living or doing 1/4 mile rips.

Water/Meth Injection for Better Fuel Mileage
Injectors are too small for turbo or turbo is too big for injectors. I'm running +100 hp injectors and essentially an hx35 turbo (see sig.) with no heat/mpg issues driving normally.

Heat Wave!
It's been raining in Ohio for a month straight! Fields are flooded, crops destroyed, construction delayed...and no sun!

best towing turbo for 100 ddp injectors
In my case yes! Could be a good option for anyone running an exhaust brake though

best towing turbo for 100 ddp injectors
Larger shafts are used on this guys rebuilds, 360 thrust bearing, new wheels obviously. I haven't heard of anyone snapping the shaft, even on pulling trucks. They're a hot item in Ohio/Indiana. The only thing stock on these machined chargers are the housings. The snail isn't as big as a borg warner 62 so I would imagine flow isn't as good as a phatshaft . Same thing as the fleece holset cheetah, depending on the compressor wheels. I'm still going to get an s300g (57/65/12), but I don't have an exhaust brake. Those BW extended tip compressor wheels are far superior than any holset wheel.

best towing turbo for 100 ddp injectors
Machined stock chargers are getting popular not just for pulling classes. A lot of guys around here are getting their HX 35's machine for 62 compressor and 65 mm turbine

best towing turbo for 100 ddp injectors
Agreed, try a programmer before you ditch that turbo. As mentioned before, you could try a 12cm housing for quicker spooling. When money permits, I will get an s300g for my setup, but I am going to get the 12cm housing

Will Harbor Freight 1 Ton Hoist Reach?
Get a hoist and buy some heavy duty square tubing and make your own extension. Might have to beef up the hoist though, BOMBed. I beefed up a torin (big red) hoist and it worked just fine, lifted motor and tranny.

s300g slow spool
Hmm i have a 56/60/14 non gated and it spools just fine, no smoke. Slightly more lag than my 12cm but not horrible. I have 100s also.

Performance Tuners
Edge fan here. I ran the EZ and now I have a comp. Comp is worth it if you ever want more power or use a lower setting for towing/economy. EZ is great too if you're content with a slight bump in power and economy.

I know sinister diesel has them. And then obviously turbo back or downpipe back exhaust. One of the guys at my local shop removed the old exhaust and lost a couple hundred pounds off his truck

Time for my first Cummins Headgasket
I've been using CDI (made by snap on) for the past 2 years. Can't complain. Haven't over tightened/stripped/snapped a bolt yet. The collar gets moved too easily when wrenching but that's about it. All 3 I have cost $100-$140 a piece.

Here's what my 3-4 spring looked like. It's not hard to do. Drop the pan, get oil everywhere, unless you have an aftermarket pan. Drop the filter, there's 4 or 5 screws on the the accumulator housing, you may need to move a wire out of the way. Hardest part is putting the spring back in the housing/plunger and getting a screw started because the spring puts pressure on the cover plate. See attached video
