The low voltage thing can happen to anything that updates the computer. We would have to hook a battery charger up any time we did a flash for chrysler. And, im pretty sure in the smarty instructions it says the same thing. I have never seen any problems with a smarty and I know they have backup files if you ever did have problems with a download. We ran one with an adrenaline on our sled puller and it was amazing. I only suggest people run smartys on third gens and hopefully they start working on the 2nd gen custom tuning.

120 micron is not restrictive. I just onstalled a fass and it came with an inline filter

03-04 have a smaller piston bowl right? Thats why you can spot bad injectors better in a 03-04 than the newer years because it sprays on top of the piston and not in the bowl. Am I close?

It will not run at all or will run and then die. Once there is fuel in the motor, its all over. I had one that was really loud, called pureflow and they sent me a new one no questions asked

Get rid of fuel plate and adjust star wheel. Advance timing. Those are easy and free mods. Thats because yours is a 02. They started using the orange/pink stuff on the 3rd gens

Dont use green. It cant be used on the types of metals. That is one of the reasons they switched

Yes the coolant is a orange color, the p/s pump turns all the time so it can make noise anytime the engine is running. You need to add some Atf+4 to bring the level up. Its probably not going to stop the noise. Also if you have an auto, make sure your dipstick tube isnt rubbing against the heater core hose or the cab. You will understand when looking at it. Now on a water pump leak it will usually leak down the passengers side, but it could be blown around by the fan. You need to look at the underside of the upper radiator hose that goes into the radiator. I have seen them leak there and the only way I found it was by running my fingers under the hose and finding water. Also look at the drivers side radiator end cap for leaking. A good pressure test usually will find a leak
