DAP Injectors
Ya i forgot about the smarty ones. They are well worth the extra money. Plus everything is brand new and you keep the old injectors. Im not certain about those from dap. Seem too good for a 50hp injector for only $350 each

If your control arm bushings are bad the calipers will rotate foward when you apply the brakes because the axle is rotating. My buddies 01 does this and thats what actually caught my eye when i was watching him pull up in my driveway

DAP Injectors
I would only run bosch remans that are actually rebuilt by bosch. Dont get confusedb reman bosch. I have been seeing lots of bad remans lately and it isnt worth destroying an engine. I get mine through browns diesel

AirDog 2 165 install
If I remember right the float goes towards the back but you wont even touch it with the sump since the inside tank part of the sump is like a 1/4". Plus the float is off to the side of center

How much f. pressure is too much?
I have a write-up on here and have a picture of how low it is. Lets just say you are going to tear up more things before you tear up the sump

I see 5psi drop with sump, airdog 2-165, 1/2" lines to stock filter and 1/2" lines with banjo deletes. I dont understand why it would have that much drop but I really dont care as long as its above 14 at wot. Thats also with 100hp stick and adrenaline

Cutting in a fuel filter
Ok just making sure it wasnt a spin on since most of those need to be on pressure side

Lower the amp the less it takes to blow.

Could be a kick down cable, band issue, or gov problem. I would get a gov pressure sensor and borg warner gov solenoid. Do a trans service with band adjustment and add a bottle of lucas trans fix. I dont know if the hd kit is needed but that isnt a bad price. You can get the sensor and solenoid for about 120

Yep those too. Easy way to do that is watch the brake caliper when brake and see if it rotates. It shouldnt roll forward at all

You need to have the tires in the air about an inch or two and put a pry bar under the tire then lift the pry bar so that you are lifting the tire atraight up. There will be some play in the upper but should be very little in the lower. I cant remember the specs. When do you hear the clunk? That could be sway bar bushings or end links if its over bumps.

quick question about airdog 2 150 gph unit
The raptor problem is punps sold around 2 years ago (at least the ones I have warrantied). You can use your old filters and now would be a good time to install ball valves pre and post of the airdog for easier filter changes

quick question about airdog 2 150 gph unit
When did you buy it?

Pyrometer Install
Go to genos garage and they have install pics. There is a wiring harness below the drivers side of the dash that has a power and keyed wire. Cant remember the colors

quick question about airdog 2 150 gph unit
The fuse popping is from fuel getting into the pump motor. It will not hurt the ecm at all. The ecm is just sending a signal wire to the relay that tells the pump to turn on.

Head Gasket Replacement
They use cascade when they get fuel or oil in the cooling system on a locomotive. Can you imagine how much they use to treat 400 gallons of water? I think they flush it twice and then fill it again with the cascade water and then load test the motor for an hour. Then they drain it and fill it with water.
