BHAF filters...
That'll save me alot of money since I replace the stock filter at least three times a year @ $23.00 each.

Fuel leak
When I replaced my first lift pump I was amazed to see that the banjo bolts on the stock pump fittings were barely tight. I was surprised that they weren't leaking.

Super Tech ATF+4 verses Mopar ATF+4
I changed my fluid, Mobil ATF4 and filter and adjusted the bands last weekend. It seems to work good but if it goes bad I'll let you know. It sure does shift better though.

Newbie, which lift pump??
My pressure gauge is going on tomorrow so I'll know where I'm at with the stock pump and new rotor. I can't wait really

BHAF filters...
Do you know how much the pre-filter costs?

Six years? Wow that is cool.

Come on gang...
Sorry the pics are fuzzy. It "used" to be a good camera.

Come on gang...
This is my first and only site that I'll ever need! I just got a call from the shop and my new rotor is done for the lp so I'm going to pick it up!!! :-)

high speed miss
How many psi does the harbor freight gauge go to? I have some Mopar gauges but they only go to 15 psi.

Unusual Charging problems
I noticed yesterday that my truck gauge is reading just over 14 volts but normally in never goes that high so I'll have to keep an eye on that. Maybe a rebuilt alternator will be the ticket since a friend of mine owns a starter and alternator shop.

Does a 12V really need 2-stroke?
The 2 cycle oil in the fuel is awesome. I used to add Lucas fuel treatment but now I'm just going to use 2 cycle year round and no Lucas. I had the Lucas in my truck a few weeks back when my lift pump failed and I didn't lose my VP44 like I had heard was quite common at the same time so yes I am a firm believer that the Lucas saved it and 2 cycle will be even better than the Lucas.

What kind of vehicle(s) do you own?
If you wanted to pick up the power in the Jeep then the engine from my race car would do the trick

Come on gang...
I just stumbled over this area. The site is so big that I get lost on it.

BHAF filters...
I'll have to look at getting the big air filter once I get the lift pump and gauge package bought and installed when it's a little warmer outside to work on it.

Mopar logo gauges
I have some new Mopar gauges but they are an older version and they say Mopar Performance on them and they have a black face. I think the fuel gauge only goes to 15 psi and there is a vacuum gauge and maybe a volt gauge. I think they were the ones that they used in the Nascar Craftsman Truck Series because I bought them from Ron Keselowski and his brother Bob was racing Dodge in the series back in the 90's.

More 2 cycle oil stories
Some people do ask funny questions. I was putting Molyslip E engine oil additive in my race car drysump oil tank at the speedway and the guy pitted beside me said " hey is that stuff any good"? And I said "no not really", like why would I put it in my engine if it wasn't, lol! It is molybdenum disulphide. My diesel loves it too. In the USA I believe it is sold under the name "Mr. Moly" and there is a whole product line, not just the oil additive. It'll probably reduce the friction, increase the torque and hp output as well as your mpg. Quieter engine too but go to molyslip.com and decide for yourselves. I've been using it since 1977...

shift issue
I replaced the brake light switch on my 2002 3500 automatic and that cured the problem of it kicking out of OD and unlocking the convertor or whatever it was doing. There is a problem with these switches and I think some glue on the new switch might even help so it doesn't "self-adjust" after it is installed too. These switches have a pin that slides into a tube so it can self-adjust when you install it but I think when you hit some big bumps that the pedal bounces and pushes the rod in further and then if there is and bumps it will let the contacts in the switch open the circuit. One thing that you can do is when you are driving and it acts up hold your brake pedal up with your foot and see if that cures your problem. If it does then likely you will need a new brake light switch. If you do replace the switch put on safety glasses and take apart the old switch so you understand how it works as a self-adjusting unit.

More 2 cycle oil stories
I just started running the 2 cycle oil in my fuel and I think the truck even makes more torque with it.

More 2 cycle oil stories
I had the 1693 error code along with the P0234 code a couple of weeks back when my lift pump failed but i don't know what the codes are or if it had anything to do with the pump failure.
