I would really like to try a modded 4th gen intake and plate but don't know of it would bolt up

Sorry I spaced out on the taking pics I installed the intake form which is a black plastic CFM plus that I ended up buying for 50 bucks it works at cooled egts and certain ranges by about a hundred degrees the aluminum crazy Carl's intake is not on the truck I can get pictures of that on Monday when I get to work I got to get that set up on the CMM so I can make a blueprint for certain millwork I ended up buying an hx35 the CFM plus intake and the crazy carls tunnel ram for about $200 for everything so I might as well put it on the truck

So I got offered a billet intake from crazy carls tunnel ram pic down below for 100 and a intake horn aftermarket for 100 as has anyone ran one of those tunnel Rams any feedback and what is the bolt size for the intake plate m10 m8 1.5 1.75?

I would do the center punch method

last year around this time I resealed the tappet cover and the vacuum pump the tappet cover seal was cracked and had about a 1/8 in gaps I was leaking about a gallon a week

Would u think I would have issues with it

I can actually get those for about 12 dollars

I ran one of them systems before on my old truck from amsoil nice pretty kit until issues mine on the filter base split so ya 3 gal of oil on the highway never again threw it in the trash in my area I wouldn't recommend it the filter close to the engine is better summer it's 90 winter last year negative 40

like I said I just started running an s&b style filter with a filter box and it's been fine

Ya when I put my s300 on I started noticing deforming of the filter media that was clean I took it off and have been running s&b

Sounds to me like there's something wrong with the fuel boss itself

I want 45 PSI almost pulled one of them in so no go here

Interesting oil and fuel filter brands seem to be less cut and dry then say s&b or afe air filters

Same with the to each there own previous owner of my truck installed a draw straw and did it wrong so had quarter tank issues so I said I'm done sumped it fixed everything

Any reason on Donaldson over the fleetguard And coincidentally I run Donaldson and Baldwin filter setup and normally buy all my filters through Amazon

I'm curious what you guys end up running for oil and filter personally I run amsoil 5-40 and amsoil filter now I'm changing to fleet guard filter LF16035

And that's why I put my sump on people disagree with me that's fine but if one of the g&r or beans sumps get caught on something that would rip it out it would pen penetrate the tank anyways I've had sump for a year and 0 leaks but I damn sure have fuel to my airdog all the time
